Severely understaffed so that the lobby is full but half of the restaurant is being used to seat people. Bar area always seems to be full because its immediate seating. Was seated at a booth with dirty used wine glasses with the previous tables wine . Food was messily placed on the plate in poor presentation with smaller than usual portions than other Olive Gardens in the Nashville/Brentwoood areas - clearly a shoddy kitchen and wait staff. Ordered a seasonal special lobster ravioli with steak and shrimp. Unfortunately they dumped 1/4 cup of the water they cooked the shrimp in on my plate so my underseasoned steak tasted like shrimp and the ravioli had no cream sauce on it and it was dissolved. Disgusting. The server was embarrssed and said it would take too long to fire up a new plate and if I just wanted to keep what I got, wtf?! Never going here until they can properly staff that place. Never a great sign when the floor manager is sweating like a pig teying to bus tables.

Took us over 1 hour and 20 minutes to be served. No one came back to the table after they took our order and dropped off salad and breadsticks. Drinks ran out as well as salad. When we tried to get someones attention they ignored us. There where 3 of us and two of us where served and the third get not get her order till we where done with ours. I had the seafood alfredo and the scallops tasted awful, I was soo hungry I just picked them off and eat the rest, pretty stupid as I was up all night with a severe stomach ache. Mine and the other girls that was served with me both seemed as if they had been under the warming lights for awhile as the pasta was a gooped together. I could go on and on! It was just horriable and anytime we tried to get anyones attention we where ignored. This was not even a busy night. Worst $55. bucks I ever spent at a rest., definately dont go here.

Normally, Id give the Olive Garden five stars. Its my favorite. But not this one. I was taking myself out as a treat, celebrating a new job, and they brought the salad and breadsticks out and they were delicious (they charge $2.50 for dipping sauce, tho, typical overpriced Olive Garden, its worth it though, very good quality). But before Id even touched the salad on my plate, whoosh! They brought my meal out! I had to ask the server to take it back because I hadnt even started on my salad, and I told them I am not in a rush, I want to take my time. They said they would make me a new one and took my dinner back. I just enjoyed my salad. The server brought it out again and I said not now, again. Then they brought it out later and that was time. Had the triple layer choco cake for dessert and loved it!

Wasnt very good at all. I ordered the chicken parmigiana and at first glance the meal looked like a expensive Italian TV dinner. Appearances arent everything and the meal did get better after the first bite, However, the "Caesars Pizza" style garlic bread sticks were terrible and the salad was drowned with Vinegar and smothered with red onions. At least this Olive Garden location had Parmesan cheese unlike the last time I ate at the Murfreesboro locaction. The service here is incredible and my drinks were always refilled and I was checked on often. Kudos to the service here, I didnt have one complaint about them at all. Its a shame that the food was uninspired and bland.

We were going for my sister in laws birthday; party of 11. Called ahead to make reservations at 5pm on a Saturday and told just to show up and we would be seated right away at that time. We showed up and it took 45 minutes to get seated even thought there were several empty tables. When we were finally seated, the table was sticky and the whole place smelled like dirty mop water; like the table was cleaned with the same rag and water that was used for a couple days. It put me off my appetite so much, I didnt even bother to order food. Others who ordered food reported mediocre fair at best and the service was sub par. Unfortunate, and I doubt well be back.

Well, we have been waiting for entrees for nearly 40 minutes. Unsweet tea could pass for dish water. We came to take advantage of the bottomless bowl and 43 minutes the waitress said its going to be a few more minutes. Absurd! 51 minutes still no entree, I am beside myself. Well entrees showed up, then Manager came by to apologize for the delay and comped our meals. Meals were hot and fresh , and the managers attitude was stellar, and she was very professional and courteous. I awestruck and very pleased and their kindness exceeded my expectations. Kudos to the management staff at the Antioch TN. Olive Garden. Doc

Disappointing as soon as you walk in the door. The atmosphere smells old and unclean. Hostess was very unwelcoming and unprofessional. My fiancé and I were seated before three other families even though there were empty tables everywhere. Dirty wine glasses with food stuck to them! We were also informed by our waitress that the bartender was very slow so we would have to wait a long time for our drinks? Had to ask for water and the waitress had to come ask for our food orders twice because she didnt write them down. Food was mediocre. We will not be back.

Usually my Wife and I have great service; but this wasnt the case this time. Instead of having service inside we decided to order to go. We will not be doing this again. Part of the order was wrong; as well as the food quality was horrible; from water down sauce to limp/wet salad. The manager was great in apologizing and not giving us a hassle for the refund; but in the future we will just go inside and stay away from To Go orders.

The food is always delicious. Ive been disappointed 3 X Ive been there with my friend and once with my husband. I have been overcharged on the tip and I had hand written the full total amount on the receipt. But when my CC bill came the amount had been changed. Just be aware of that when you go. I had given 15% to 18% but was changed both times. The third time this has happened, was my last time Ill go there.

We came to this Olive Garden, because it was the closest to Nashville. The service was terrible, and our waiter had us waiting for soup for one hour. A group that ordered more than us and showed up 20 minutes after we did left long before we did. Our waitress was just talking to colleagues and goofing off. Another waitress actually took over our table and we did not tip her.

I ordered online and the order somehow got placed wrong day. Could have been my mistake. Went in and food wasnt ready. I figured I could get them to knock some dollars off. We found out the order was placed for pickup the following day. Manager offered me half off and I offered to pay full since it could have been my mistake. They gave me half off anyway. Food is usually decent.
