Fathers Day! After an afternoon of riding our motorcycles. We walked in to a nice hostess. She got our name and number of guests in our party. We were told it was 20 minute wait. We sat in the waiting area patiently. After 10 minutes we were seated. Our waitress after a few minutes come to our table and ask for our drink order. She was short with us and did not introduce herself. After several minutes she arrived with our drinks and wanted our order. We had only been there once or twice in the past and ask her what the specials. She was not patient she threw a small clipboard down and she that was the summer specials and then she took the menu out of my husbands hand and showed him another menu. It was as if she didnt want to wait on us at all. I even told my husband and father-in-law that she seemed like she didnt like us. Shortly after we placed our orders she brought us our side salads and soup. 30 minutes later she came by refill our drinks. She then returned to tell us that a manager would be by to talk to us that she forgot to submit our orders and they were going to try to put a rush on it. She did not appologize. During our 1 hour stay there she refilled our drinks once and rolls once. After 10 minutes of waiting with no entree and no manager visit. We got up and walked out! This nameless waitress (tall, heavy, black) gave the impression that she didnt like us. I seen her wait on others, she smiled, she was nice, and she brought their orders promptly. She seemed to judge us on our leather vest. She didnt see us sit down, had she she would have seen that we are a Christian outdoors group. Never-the-less she she not have treated us the way she did or any other group of leather wearing bikers (Christian or otherwise). WE will not be returning to this establishment! After leaving this place I became in 30 minutes I became violently ill. I am not sure what made me so sick.

My dining experience has always been great at Red Lobster. The drinks I have ordered from the bar are always great. The shrimp is my favorite, the scallops are good, too. I always look forward to dining at Red Lobster. And, the carry out is always accurate and delicious, too. And, oh, I do not want to forget the Cheddar Bay biscuits, they are soooooooooooo good. When I asked about seafood here in Bowling Green, KY I was kindly told the best and only place Red Lobster. Youve got to be kidding me. In a town of 70,000 people how in the world could the only good seafood be at Red Lobster. I am sooo begging for Pappadeaux or another good seafood place to come through here. Moving here from Dallas, Texas, I was so disappointed. I have learned a great lesson!

my goodness we just went and tryed to eat there the lobster alfredo was so bad my wife had to lay down when we got home it was are anniversary and thought it would be nice . talked with manager and she agreed that it was terrible dish i asked why serve it then did not get response i had garlic shrimp skewers still not feeling to good either WILL NOT BE BACK

Service was bad, worse than bad. Waitress never offered refills and I had to stand up and flag sor one down to get our ticket and to go box. 25 yrs the waitress has been there???? Heck I would have fired her way before then if this is how she does. Expect better service on a 46.00 ticket for two people. Only up was the food was good.

Very nice restaurant! My husband and I had an Admirals plate that we shared. Came with a salad. Party of 19 served nicely. They took our 15% off coupon, too! Just wish I could eat those biscuits. They have corn syrup or maltodextrin in them which gives me a headache.

The food was great. The service was shaky at first, because I was there for about 10 minutes and never saw my waitress. But one of the other Waiters came by and took over the table it was great service from him no complaints would come again just would sit in his section.....

Poor service. Waitress said Ill bring you more biscuits and never brought them. Also said shed bring butter and I didnt get it until after Id eaten all I could stand of the poor quality food, plus she had some other waitress to bring it. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Excellently amazing food, as always. Place was clean though table was sticky. Waitress was less than personable but think she was new or having a bad night, she was fine, not good not great. Def reccomend this place. Worth the $$$

Food has always been good except one time I ordered broccoli as a side and it was a bit moldy. Besides that its always been a good experience. Food is decent priced, and the lunch specials are especially good.

I was very disappointed in our visit. The service was amazing, but that was all that was good. The food was bland and not very hot. I usually love Red Lobster, this is one location I wont spend money on again.

Restaurant smelled very fishy! I. Love fish, but dont like to smell fish. Food and service was good. The bar drinks are way over priced.Will not go back because of the fishy smell.
