my husband and i originally wanted to go to Olive Garden but due to the place being packed. we decided to drive around a bit. I had told him I have never been to AppleBees before and thought we could try it out. my husband had said he use to love going. we go in and right off hand the environment was HORRIBLE, the one at the entry looked like she just wanted to leave. like she had had a bad day or something. my first thought was, maybe shes just having a bad day. so the waitress we get seats us down, and we look through the menu. we werent there more than 5 mins before we were like, lets go. not only did the employs look like they wanted to kill each other. but the customers looked like they didnt even want to be there. they all had that look like "this was the ONLY other place they had left to go" the place was dark, the prices were outrageous. that my husband looked at me and said "lets go!" we didnt even wait for the waitress to come back. we just got up, took the menus back to the front desk and went back to Olive Garden. let me just say, that I have NEVER understood what my husband meant when he said to me "if the management treats their employees well, the employees will make the customers feel at home" he knows this too well. because he himself is a GM at a fast food place. when we went back over to Olive Garden the whole environment was welcoming. the employees were lively, they were cutting up with other customers, our waiter was funny. our whole experience there was great. I would NEVER go back to Applebees. not while its like it was when we were there. IF ANY ONE HAS A CHOICE TO GO TO OLIVE GARDEN OR APPLEBEES PLEASE, GO TO OLIVE GARDEN...THEY ARE AMAZING, FRIENDLY, AND FUN TO BE AROUND.

Horrible experience here. We waited over an hour for a table when we where told 20 min. When we asked them about the wait the where rude and seemed annoyed with us. Once we got seated it to a long while for us to get drinks and order food. Once our food arrived my sister in law took a bit of her fish and was stabbed in the throat with a fish bone. While they did remedy it by making her food again this time with stake. By the time it got to here the rest of us where long finished with our food and waiting on desert which took over 20 min to get. Then when we wanted out check our waitress disappeared for another 20 min. Finally we where able to get out if that place and on with out night hours later then what was planed making us late for a next plans that night.

Waited about 15 minutes to get the a beer and a water while sitting at the bar. Bartender never greeted me. Took about another 10 minutes before she bothered to ask if I wanted to order. Kitchen was terribly slow getting food out. Place wasnt super busy and there was plenty of staff wondering around. I was never informed of any dinner specials. Once my food finally arrived it wasnt very good. Tasted and texture suggested it sat under the heat lamp for a while. I will not return to this location.

Took my girlfriend out to dinner tonight and we chose to go to Olive Garden. This was the best experience Ive had there. The food was exceptional and very fresh. They specially made bread sticks and salad for us (mainly because we got there 30 minutes before close) and our waiter was doing 30 things at once but was still very attentive and polite. These people deserve a round of applause for their efforts.

Ate here after a trip at the water park. The manager and waiter were awesome. I watched the manager he made sure he stopped at each table to introduce himself and to make sure everyone was happy. I will be sure to come back to this olive garden. What we ate. Me and my wife ate the tour of Italy it was really good. The kids got spaghetti and meatballs they loved it but what kid doesnt.

The sausage stuff giant rigatoni is to die for. Justin, our server, was a delight. He was attentive and friendly. He helped in selection of food and suggested the chocolate lasagna for dessert which was fantabulous!! We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will return and hope that Justin is working! Its a very clean restaurant and the bathrooms are always spotless!

A long time favorite, the local branch offers excellent service and even a micro brew draft on tap. My daughter and I our quite the broken records, often ordering the same thing month after month. I like that The Olive Garden is always coming up with a new or revised spin on how to serve our favorite pastas and proteins, keep up the good work!

Excellent service, food was great. Our server, Lacey was an excellent waitress. All of our food was served right on time and I never had to wait for a refill. She even ran out to the parking lot with my daughters phone after it was left in the restaurant... I would recommend this Olive garden to any and everyone!... And Lacey needs a raise

Had not been to an olive garden for years. Server kain was good . food was good...they forgot to bring out the breadsticks. Didnt realize it until after we left! Good experience though...my daughter and I enjoyed it. Went on a Tuesday at 1130am...fairly busy...food was hot and quick.

Absolutely one of my favorite places to eat. The food is great, but its the amazing staff that keeps me coming back. From the hostess to the managers, they are all so friendly and treat u like family. Always smiling faces. The bartender also makes a killer Crown & Coke

Our entrees were rich/heavy, but not very tasty. Not the worst meal Ive ever had, but there is certainly better meals to be had in Bowling Green for this price point. Our server also wasnt very polite or attentive, but we could see that others were around us.

I have been here many times & have yet to get a bad meal. Their salads are endless & served with Italian dressing only. Unlimited breadsticks. The main courses are wonderful. Servers have ALWAYS been very courteous. One of my favorite restaurants.

Service was excellent. Chose the three item pasta meal which was very delicious. All you can eat salad soup and bread sticks who can you go wrong. If you leave here hungry its no ones fault but your own.

Had wonderful meal. We went late around 8:30pm. Service was quick. Waitress was pleasant and knowledgeable. Our food came out hot! We had a mixed drink which was delicious and came out with our salads.
