Very welcoming ,I Love this Starbucks so much Everybody that works there is great. Including a certain employee he always looks so Happy every single time I see him.. Makes my day especially on a Monday morning!! Usually leave a tip in that jar. I live near the Starbucks on Rufe snow , Maybe 2 minutes away. Every time I go there they are constantly rushed , get my order wrong dont get me wrong this one gets rushed as well but they stay so calm about it if you need a something as little as an extra straw while the line is long they will not hesitate and still Great you very happily to have a Great day. Starbucks on Rufe Snow- Ordered a large Coffee & the cashier got mad because Im paying with a $100 dollar bill. (Im sorry I know you need to get change .. not something I did purposefully at all) - Due to my wallet just being stolen... I didnt have time to get change but needed my coffee before work. The lady huffed and said "Oh my gosh" "Is this all you have ? I just stared at her , I could not believe how rude she was. Then slammed the window door closed when she opened to give me my coffee very rudely said heres your money and didnt even hand it to literally almost threw it in my lap. Point is -The one near my house lost my business for good. This is my Starbucks and its worth a 10 minute longer drive in the morning - I rather have my business appreciated with very deserving employees.

My drink tasted good. Salted caramel. They were out of the salt though. Reason for only two stars is I felt unwelcome somewhat. Walking in I was greeted. I got my drink. Sat down inside with laptop. I asked if they allowed e-cigarettes inside. I already knew the answer but I thought Id ask considering I was the only customer, "No sir". Fair enough. Sat back down. Contemplating sitting outside to smoke my e-cig, but I just decided to leave my stuff and go out for a minute. I see the no smoking signs on the tables, but Im not at the tables. Im a good few yards from the building. Still a female employee sticks her head out the door and informs me I will have to go at least 25 feet from the building. Really?? Im the only customer here. No where near the doors or tables. Its not even a cigarette, just vapour that actually smells like fruits to anyone close enough. I had barely had 1 puff and she was super quick on coming out. This made me feel like I was being watched. Stupid I maybe but after that I didnt want to stay any longer. On the way back in I notice some cigarette butts around the front door?? Hmm......So I got my drink, drove a couple of miles north up highway 377 to this other Starbucks. I am now sitting out front working on my laptop, able to smoke my e-cig without having to stand on the edge of the car park! Its funny but theres a lot more customers here............ ;-)

Nice place... the staff I have dealt with so far... not friendly at all...being there several times at different hours of the day. And the staff are just as rude at any time... I Waited for about 2 min at one point. 2 staff members actually made eye contact and just went over their routine.... they didnt make an attempt to make me feel welcome... it was only when the Asian lady who actually made notice of me and took my order....... Internet hobo?...... this is the perfect place... ... the staff just go there because its a paycheck... they should learn from the staff at the Rufe Snow and 820 location (they are actually busier but they are nice... specially the females)

Absolutely wonderful staff deal with it with irritated mole hurried customers in a bad mood deal with them very well absolutely wonderful food very very very high and this is very high prices but wonderful food and sometimes you can find good things on sale such as coffee mugs rather than plastic unhealthy plastic mug to-go cup Starbucks sells metal canteen mugs two more healthily drink water and drink soda

SUCKS! Waited 12 minutes for Iced Coffee. While being the only person inside at the cashiers line watching and listening to 4 orders take place from the people in the cars placed quickly......As I ordered the cashier also took a ph call and stopped my order and had a conversation....WTH? I was totally being cool...I will not be back!

This starbucks like most stays busy. Traffic is likely to leave you frustrated but the drive thru is super fast. Check your Starbucks App for specials and discounts. Super friendly staff. We ordered a special frappuccino with Captain crunch berrys! Amazingly different. Not every Starbucks knows how to make them. Two thumbs up!

This location has the fastest drive-thru around here. Some of the staff is a little lacking but others are super friendly. Ive never ran into them being out of anything - except the unicorn frapp (which I wasnt there for anyway) but they had a sign posted well before you would have been committed to the line.

The volume of the music is set way too high. Makes it hard to concentrate. I asked a staff member if they could turn it down but they left it just as loud. I know there is a control in the store somewhere because other stores have turned down their music at my request.

Not a welcoming environment, have had issues (multiple visits) with my orders even after waiting almost 10 minutes for a simple drink and breakfast item. Sad to say, but I will not be returning to this location.

This is my most favorite Starbucks location in dfw!!! The staff is so friendly and welcoming. They remember customers and ask about their families. There are 2 Starbucks closer to me but I go to this one!
