The coffee is good. The ambiance is good. The layout is rough. When you walk in you are in a boutique with a coffee shop on the side. There is not a lot of room to stand. Very claustrophobic if there are more than two people waiting for coffee. Once you get your coffee you go upstairs and there are a few seats that are comfortable and a table that is so high you feel like a little kid sitting at the grown up table. If you make it to the upper deck the track lights were turned off making it unconducive for a book environment. Lastly the door bell is located on a wall outlet up in the seating area. When a new patron arrives you hear the sound of a raspy blown speaker, giving off the same ambiance as a crying baby who is overdue for a nap. All changes that are easily fixable and hopefully they do fix and my poor review moves to the bottom of the list.

Very friendly and helpful employees. Free fast wifi. Good drink selection. Pleasant interior. Chai tea latte with concentrate: cinnamon is a nice touch, creamy; however, the milk flavor is predominant and the drink feels two dimensional. This shop is a womens clothing boutique on one side, and coffee on the other. It is done well. However, the upstairs seating area could use a few touches for a cozier feel: music speakers placed upstairs instead of only downstairs, upgraded lighting in the three lantern lights from CFLs to classier looking bulbs (perhaps LED bulbs for low running costs), maybe an old school wooden checkers board on one of the tables. There are few available outlets upstairs. This is a nice place with very hospitable employees where youll get a good drink and can hang out with friends.

I drove all the way from Austin to try out the house signature Junkie Juice and it was totally worth it! I love coffee and I love Dr Pepper, but I never knew I could love them together! The barista Mariah was really friendly and answered all my questions without any signs of annoyance and even kept the conversation going. The junkie juice was light, refreshing and the perfect summer treat for a true Texan. Feeling a bit hungry from the drive I decided to try the chicken pesto panini. Yall Im pretty much a snob when it comes to food, but this was legit! The chicken was really fresh and moist. The pesto had the perfect balance of garlic and herbs. My favorite part though was the buttery, crispy sourdough bread. You wont regret making a trip to the Brew Junkie!

Staff is friendly. Espresso drinks are top notch and artfully made. Atmosphere is nice and rather similar to the bookstore/coffee shop that previously occupied the space. They finished out the stage over the bar itself by making it in to more seating. Its nice becuase now I can look down upon those below like a king upon his subjects. Tee hee. The boutique that takes up most of the space is nice and trendy. However, with all respect and good fortune wished upon the owners, the building would be much better used as just a full coffee shop. Otherwise, seating is rather limited.

I read all the reviews and was super excited about the latte art because Ive never had a coffee with art in it. Walking inside was not a warm welcome at all. I dont know much about coffee and the 2 young girls were not helpful at all. They did not talk about the latte art or anything on the menu. The whole time I was there I felt unwelcome and the girls were to busy looking in the mirror checking there hair. Then all there friends come in hanging out. Not even a "have a nice day as my family and I were leaving". Super unsatisfied.

Friendly people, good coffee, nice seating options upstairs. The only thing Im not big on is that its inside a boutique. Im not much for boutiques, although this one isnt bad or anything. My preference is a full-on cafe/coffeehouse, and I dont find much for that up here--only in Austin. They do have a bulletin board upstairs where there are tons of business cards and flyers, which I love both as a consumer and a small business owner. Overall, totally recommend this coffeeshop!

Gorgeous location! The building is vintage and the majority of seating is in the loft with comfy chairs and vintage style tables. They serve Avoca coffee and their "Junkie Juice" is perfect for a local Texan fave. (especially if you like the Charlie sheen at Avoca) The staff is super friendly and the desserts are good. It does share the space with a little chic boutique but the atmosphere is fitting for both.

I stopped by since it was the closest coffee shop to my apartment and was glad I did! They brew coffee from Avoca coffee Roasters which makes for a delicious cup. It also has an interesting setup built into a little store. I had a latte and a white mocha latte with my wife and both drinks were delicious. They are a new place and they seem to want to do coffee right.

I go in their occasionally for a place to write. That aspect alone is what makes it a good place to go. However, paying $2.50 for a 22 ounce coffee makes it bitter to my taste. However, the great customer service and friendliness of the environment makes up for the high prices!

I stopped by before work and found locked doors during the advertised business hours! Ill stop by again some time soon to try again but come on, what coffee shop closes their doors in the morning when the caffeine addicts are out in droves looking for a fix??

Took my wife here and was pretty good. Prices were reasonable and the coffee was top notch! The guy behind the coffee counter brought us our drinks while we looked around and was really respectful. Highly recommend, and a must see for a unique experience.

Pretty quirky coffee shop right inside a boutique. I was surprised to find they brew Avoca coffee - the best coffee in Fort Worth in my opinion. So glad to know I dont have drive too far now to satisfy my Avoca fix!

I love this place! The people working there are super friendly and the coffee and drinks are great. Perfect place to meet, or study and get some work done. This time of year grab a pumpkin muffin, they are legit!

Good atmosphere, good coffee, good wifi, what more could you ask for from a coffee shop. Okay maybe Id prefer the AC to be cranked up a little higher but its Texas what do you expect. 10/10 would come again.

Great location. Great coffee. Great atmosphere. Improvements: Better street signage and volume level of music (impedes normal conversation levels). Should be background music, not foreground.

Perfect setting for a rainy Sunday morning laying low. Coffee was the best I have ever had, and dont even get me started on the muffins. A must do for a light breakfast or daily coffee.

oh my gosh! The coffee is fantastic! But even better are their new Paninis! The chicken pesto one is my absolute favorite. Definitely better than Starbucks! Will return!

Great visit in the middle of the day on a Sunday. I love that they offer stevia as a sweetner option instead of just pink, yellow, and blue....

Great coffee, atmosphere, and employees who really love their jobs (I asked them and they said "love"). Highly recommend this place.
