I used to live in another town and visited Chipotle at least 2-3 times/week. This Chipotle is the closest to my place, and I cant even explain the taste of the food except for kind of a stale and soggy taste. I thought this was a one time ordeal, but it has been that way the past 4 times Ive been there. They also make sure to use every last bit of meat and salsa despite how long its been sitting there. I finally stopped going to Chipotle for well over a month. The service at this Chipotle is also not the greatest. Again, I thought it was a one time ordeal, but Ive had to wait several times for a server to come from the back and then wait again for the cashier to come and ring me up while my food just sat there. Now I actually travel to another one thats a little bit further away, but much better quality service and better quality food.

I have been a regular of this franchise for 8 or 9 years now. I have eaten at about 12 different locations. This one seems a little below average, although I still am happy with my meals from here. The staff here tends to dish out servings that make me want to ask if they are personally paying the grocery bill, because I find myself saying "extra" on too many toppings. For the record, I am 62" 185lbs, so I eat like an athlete, not a glutton. They just seem to be noticeably stingy compared to other locations. That being said, I have not eaten a disappointing meal at any Chipotle, this one included. I love the franchise, and this location is still serving up tasty, reasonably priced meals.

This is your standard Chipotle restaurant. Ive always been a fan of Chipotle. Their meat has good flavor and the menu is straightforward rather than trying to throw a million options at you. This is laid out like most Chipotle restaurants. They move people through at a decent speed. It can get quite busy at lunch, so plan for extra time. The main problem with this location is the parking situation. Combined with the other shops in the strip, it can be difficult to find parking, especially at lunch. Weve had to just bail on plans to eat here due to parking at times.

I used to love this place but lately its been quantity over quality. When I pay $9.20 for a burrito (just the price of the burrito no drink) and I have to spit out the majority of the meat because its so grissely I cant chew it, thats not a good sign. It will be a long time before I convince myself to eat there again. I dont like to rate 1 star but if the food you recieve is terrible, nothing else matters much.

Please enlighten us on the standard portion sizes. I can go to all the chipotles around my part of town and a bowl is a 2 meal deal for me. I stopped here on my way to a different store than what i normally work at, grabbed a bowl. Its like the half scooped everything. I dont taste chicken, rice, or beans. All i can taste is lettuce and Tabasco. I am so disappointed by the portion size. The staff was pleasant.

Was disappointed with the way employee was handling food. One lady managing the entire food area and she was trashing the food, putting the hand to grab cheese, changing out containers. Lady was tired and frustrated. Could understand her situation. Never eating again at chipotle at this location.

Weakest burrito Ive ever had from a Chipotle. Minimal meat, asked for extra cheese and there was barely any on it. Light sour cream doesnt mean next to none, it means I dont want it swimming in it. Looked at other peoples meals and theirs looked terrible as well. Wont be coming back.

Great American Mexican food. It seems no matter which Chipotle I go to they all get me through the line faster than ever. The food is great and the service is equally as good. The sitting area was a little messing, but it was during peak hours. I continue to come back and enjoy.

Easily the quietest Chipotle in Southern Overland Park. Every time Ive eaten lunch here the majority of the costumers order to go as a result there is plenty of open tables. The staff is extremely friendly and hard working.
