GOT HUNG UP ON We placed our order online for pickup. We wound up running late picking up our order and so we called to let them know. We work in the restaurant industry and we understand being "in the weeds," but that was the WORST phone etiquette Ive ever dealt with! "Hi, we have a pick up order and we were calling to let you guys know were running a little late." "Thats fine. Were running behind, too." "Oh, okay! The name under our order is..." -HUNG UP ON- Now, if you were running behind and someone called to let you know you can wait on an order, Id be happy because I can concentrate on orders that are in-store. So, if we didnt pay online already, we would not be picking up our order. Needless to say, we are not returning to this location.

Not as good as the location in Baton Rouge, LA. Based on my eating at the location in Baton Rouge, I prefer Qdoba over Chipotle. The rice and quac and meat tastes superior to Chipotle. However the food here wasnt as warm as Id like (chicken and beans). The tortilla was a bit too chewy. And somehow the beans didnt taste as savory. Other than the chewy tortilla, off beans, the flavors were good. The staff def looked like they wanted to go home but they were nice. I wont be going back to this location. Sorry /:

Came in at 9:00 PM. I love the food here but the service was mediocre. Had to wait 10 minutes with only 2 people ahead of me. One of the workers was goofing off with the cook, when there was only 1 person on the line and had to have someone to ask her to help. Also, once i orderee and my food was ready, it sat at the register for about 5 minutes until someone rang me up. May come back, but probably not.

I love Qdoba, have since 2006. One time I had a messed up order and the store manager called my house to make it right, way above expectations. Its always fast and delivious, the reward card is awesome. I wish there were more stores in the metro. The queso and tortilla strips make such a huge impact on the burrito bowl! I also love the cola machine in store. Id eat here everyday if I could ♡

Only two people working in the entire restaurant during a lunch rush. Had a large, obnoxious group ahead of me that continued to order item after item. By the time I placed my order, the workers were frustrated and overwhelmed. Not the greatest value in my opinion, my one bowl here cost as much as a bowl and chips and salsa at Chipotle. The only edge Qdoba has right now is the queso.

Was not greeted or spoken to when my friends and I approached the counter. Much of the food looked like it was sitting out all day and the final product was not warm. This was my first visit and I wanted to like something new, but my experience sent me running back to Chipotle.

I love the food here, but I am docking a star because the service is SLOW. I went for lunch one day, and although there was a long line, the staff were spending several minutes on each customer. Other Qdoba locations Ive been to can fully prepare a burrito in just a minute.

Service was extremely slow only one person work in the line. The philosophy on serving size and customization is limited as it is a corporate location rather than a franchise. Wasnt to impressed. Will prefer to eat at the location in Topeka any chance I get.
