Too much staff sanding behind the counter on the East end . One person in training was told to look up the answer to the question she asked. Cinnamon bread in the counter was dried out and they were still selling it. Received a refund.

Wonderful place for coffee fix...service is generally very good, rarely do you get the wrong thing. Like any Caribou, the coffee is very good. Bakery items could use more options. Recommend: crafted/cold press with caramel.
