This appeared to be a new Starbucks which might account for part of this, but whoever was responbile for teaching this crew on cutomer service failed!!! Typically, a customer is greeted when they walk in the door, but here it was several minutes before anyone acknowledged we were standing at the register. The guy working the drive through eventually came over to take our order,. There were three other employees that kept walking past us, zero eye contact, no one side it would be a moment. At one point I loudly told my wife we might need to go through the drive through to get waited on. Once we got our coffees they were good. The good thing, we visit Starbucks alot and this is not normal for chain.

Starbucks was clean and nicely stocked with merchandise. The team members were fast and efficient. Only inconvenience how the parking lot is positioned. Very tight if you have a truck and want to park. Other than that my experience was excellent.

Coffee sucks. Prices high. Fru, fru coffee sweet , fat loaded. Gave a 3 cause you can caffeine replinish here. A month later not much changed. However the older lady at cash register is pleasant. The rest change often.

Staff, I thought wasnt to friendly. Nobody greets you as you walk in the door. Kinda disappointing. Not gonna complain about price since its Starbucks what do you expect. Food and coffee is good though.
