I am up working at 0300 am and I stop by Caribou every morning and noticed that theyre never opened on time. I am currently sitting in the parking lot at 0515 and still they are not opened. I even saw the guy go into the store after 0500. Peoples work ethic these days really suck. It is going on to 0520 now and tgis location is still not open for business. Maybe they change their time of operations to wherever the employees decide to show up to and decide to open. Since moving up here from South Carolina I have always prefered Caribou over Starbucks but they might losing me back to them if they are not able to actually open on time.

Never the best. The only good thing I have to say is you improved in how quick you process requests but its never accurate. Now I have a burnt tongue and lips to deal with all weekend. Considering I pass it on my way to and from my house to ANYWHERE, you just lost good business. The tenperature of drinks here seems to ALWAYS be an issue when I stop by. Maybe this Caribou should serve only cold drinks, its a shame you have the drive through.

It seems like 1 out of every 5 times I get an iced crafted press it actually tastes like a crafted press. I was just here and my crafted press is not cold at all. They clearly used a hot shot of espresso instead of the chilled version. Train your baristas to do their job right!

They work very hard to get the order right. As I was waiting to order I overheard the workers talking about a customer who had been waiting a while. They upgraded her medium to a large at no cost.very friendly and I like that you can donate there too.

Store décor and ambiance is cozy and warm...feels like being in a lovely house! Best of all is the staff: hard-working, enthusiastic, genuine--they act like a real team, not just employees. Free Wi-Fi is a blessing as well... Way to go!

I used to have a latte here 5 days a week. Now they have new baristas and the coffee just doesnt taste the same anymore. Either Caribou changed the recipe or the barista doesnt know what shes doing

Lovely spot and sometimes an alternative study spot for the Memorial Library, that is if youre ok with the usual noice from the people conversing in the seats next to you.
