I come to this Starbucks all the time. I asked about placing a large order to pick up and the lady told me to just call it in, give a time and it will be ready. So when I called later that day to place the order a guy said that they dont do that at all. Then gave the phone to a shift manager who said I had to type all the orders into a app? It seems ppl are just to lazy to write down an order. Id rather not DL an app and figure it all out because they cant write it down A 50$ order. Might start shopping at another coffee place who actually wants my business. Disappointed. Love the coffees, but they seriously are lacking in cust. Service skills. Especially the shift manager. How do you even get that job with horrible customer service????

I went through the drive through and sat at the window for 15 minutes watching 4 staff members talking. No one moved to acknowledge my presence or make my order. I finally left as I couldnt wait any longer. I returned several weeks later and went inside and received better service but still waited while the person who took my order chatted with the person making the coffee. Very disappointing.

I used to come here quite often, this year is the year of the fly. So many flies inside! Ive walked in and looked around, then walked right back out. There are so many flies, they land on everything, its disgusting!! Ive been going to Starbucks inside target down the road. This location cant keep flies out, they have had them in the food display before, trapped!

Its Starbucks, so hard to go wrong there... I detracted a star from my rating, however, because the barista who took my order seemed like she would rather be anywhere else and thus wasnt friendly at all.. And also, there are plenty of other Starbucks locations with much more comfortable seating.

I used to always go to this Starbucks because everyone knew my name and were very nice :) However, I have always had an issue with this Starbucks mixing my drinks so they arent really syrupy.. I expect my drink to be made right ... Especially when Im paying almost 7 dollars for a drink!

Its just another Starbucks. There is nothing special about this one unless you like extra long drive thru lines. They do keep that line moving pretty well, but it stretches out into the road, making it a hassle. The employees are kind and the drinks are good.

This is the fastest Starbucks I think Ive ever been to. I used it twice over the Thanksgiving holiday, the line was long both times, and we sailed right through. I also appreciated the great attitude of the staff. I highly recommend this location

The employees were very nice and friendly and the speed of service was awesome I came in there with questions and they answered them just right so I ordered my favorite a Venti Caramel Frappuccino and it was delicious best place so far.

Very nice staff here, and its pretty comfortable. Would give 5 stars but they were out of my first choice food item, then never looked for/forgot all about second choice. I wasnt charged for the one they forgot about, though.

At this location, its best to do the order ahead during their busy times (6 am to 9 am then 2 pm to 5 pm) - it is still very busy doing that way. Beats being in the drive-thru for 18 mins!

Cosy & quiet place! You can read or work or visit in comfortable atmosphere at this Starbucks. Back room provides quiet front area socialize and patio that nice outdoor space.
