I went to the Muscatine, Iowa Dairy Queen to get the advertised Salted Caramel Truffle Blizzard. I got to the window to pick it up and the window was open and they handed me this very soft, almost melted blizzard. When I asked them why they didnt serve it upside down and will I get my free blizzard. They told me to read the sign (a piece of paper) posted on the back side of the window (which was blocked). The said that people were making fun of them for serving it upside down so they were not going to honor the advertisement. This is the lamest excuse Ive heard...because they laughed??!!! Come on people, stand by your product and honor the advertised special on TV or get out of business of serving people!!!

I was in the Muscatine Dairy Queen visiting from Nee York and this DQ Restaurant was a pleasure to visit i treated 18 friends & cousins to ice cream and Burgers and Fries and everybody enjoyed it i must say i had the biggest Ice Cream Cone in my life the ice creams where so tasty and very creamy it really knocked Carvel ice cream thats in the North East Down a few spots .The prices at DQ Restaurants are very reasonable and very family friendly Carvel is way Way over priced sorry Carvel but its very true you do not come close to Dairy Queen Restaurants

Management needs to wake up quick before this store goes out of business. Seriously - the service is terrible and we were shorted food multiple times. DQ is great but well never be returning to this particular store. We were treated very rudely. Im surprised they didnt just spit on our food in front of us; we were made to feel like we did something wrong just by placing an order. We were also dismayed to find food missing and what food we did have, was not good (the chicken strips were like thin breaded pieces of chicken skin!).

ive been to this dq multiple times, and not only did I receive horrible service each time, i also got food poisoning. each time. its staffed by a bunch of bitchy teenagers who act like you inconvenienced them by asking them to do their jobs. when they arent busy playing on their phones, theyre busy giving you nasty looks and making you the most disappointing blizzard of your life. plus the place is dirty and smells of piss. if you want good ice cream in muscatine, do yourself a favor and go to culvers instead.

Drove here from Culvers because this store has always provided good products whereas Culvers has been spotty. Unfortunately, I should have just stayed at Culvers. My Georgia Mud Fudge was barely mixed at all, all the good stuff on top and just ice cream on the bottom. My sister said her waffle bowl tasted like fried chicken and threw it away. Too late to complain as we drove through and were 10 miles away by then.

Every time we go here some thing is unacceptably wrong. This time my ice cream was literally spoiled. Last time they charged us to have ANY sauce for chicken strips.... And then didnt give it to us. The workers are all idiot teeny boppers who not only act super rude but make stuff all wrong and refuse to fix it. Its also ridiculously unclean. I have no idea how they would pass a health inspection.

Gross, to be honest. Every time I go there the food is soggy and the ice cream tastes sour. The staff is rude. I think the only reason its still in business is its a sports tradition to go there after practice or a game.

Served a blizzard in 2 cups... Halfway through the blizzard I find out why, the inner cup of shredded and my Blizzard now contains all kinds of pieces of cup and paper. So disappointing

I love their peanut butter malts and chicken strips!!! Theyre so good! The malts are topped with whipped cream, and the peanut butter one actually tastes like peanut butter!

Cleanliness of this dairy queen is fair; tables and booths are typically unclean. Employees also look unkempt. As far add food goes, tastes like Dairy Queen.
