I went to Almaza for lunch with a couple friends from work. We ordered at 12:10 and had to ask for the check at 12:50 when we didnt receive our food. When I told the waitress that we had to leave and didnt want food because we were late going back to work, she had us wait a few minutes and then our food arrived... COLD! She also had to ask me 3 times what I ordered, and didnt bring my friend his change, or even ask if he wanted it. Atcha Bakery is down the street on Nicholson, go there instead. Also the waitress asked us 4 times while we set their if we needed anything else even though we didnt have food... Unacceptable.

Food is good. The prices on the menu that comes up when you use Google are misleading. I assumed they were still on a lunch menu when I orders at 2:30. My friend went to pick it up and it was $10+ more than what I had anticipated based on the menu online. So basically be careful when you order.... Im still unclear on the discrepancy. Lunch menu that conveniently remains the main go to menu at all times or simply one big hot mess typo. Regardless, I would have purchased the same items and Im certain I wills again.

I love the hamburger, its cooked to order and nice and juicy, its the reason why I go, price is great too. The gyro platter is also very good but price is a little too high for me. The staff is very helpful and had my meal ready for me when I called in. I would recommend this place to all.

This is definitely the best Lebanese/Mediterranean food in town. They have wonderful, low prices and fabulous food! They also have a great menu with lots of options. The casual, yet cultural atmosphere is unique and comfortable. I definitely recommend this place!

They are pretty decent. Food is made well. Service is, in fact nice.. Although the ratings below look like the people who work their or own it are boosting their ratings.. :P Five stars, All mention the owner, and Value and cleanliness... Anyhow.. Yup, Tis tasty.

A great place for lunch or dinner! The restaurant is always clean when I go. Hamid, the owner, is very friendly and the service is good. The carry-out is quick, too! Great food. Try the Gyros sandwich, it comes with either hummus or a Greek salad.

Too expensive. The food is good, but not amazing. However, the average plate costs $12. And this is not even a real restaurant, the McDonalds on Nicholson is more of a restaurant than this .. place. I posted a pic of my chicken shawarma ($12).

Incredibly overpriced, and the food is mediocre. I wish I had gone to Atcha. Cant tell you if the American food is any good in particular, but if the Greek food is any indication, it must not be impressive.

Very mediocre Greek food. I used to love this place in college, but what I had today somehow ranks below Arzis. Ordered a baklava and could hear them put the thing in a microwave.
