They should of poured the money they used on the facelift into training or better employees. This location is very ineffective, and incompetent. The service is beyond slow. I have been here several times, and varying times of day and week, and the wait time inside or in the drive-thru has consistently been greater than 20min. The staff is rude, dismissive, and unapologetic. They really dont care, and have said as much to my face. They consistently get my orders wrong. This Burger King is prime example in what not to do. Do not go here. You will regret it. Seriously dont go.

First, if I could give negative Stars I would. Absolutely ridiculous! Employees standing around when there are spilled drinks on tables and Floors, slip hazards. One employee curses and yells at other employees because his pants are sagging. Then he is allowed to walk out of the store and a confrontation with a customer. This is the second time that I have been and they still could not get my order right. I dont think its that hard to add cheese and take away onions. The absolute worst Burger King I have ever been to.

Every time I come here...food is ALWAYS fresh! No matter what time I go, my burger is always fresh and hot! My onions rings are always fresh and hot and are NEVER greasy!!! Employees are ALWAYS friendly, smiling, and very courteous! Of all the fasy food places in Zachary, Burger King is the place! Its nice to knock off of work and grab a bite to eat at 1 a.m. and be greeted with a cheerful hello and how are you, and thank you!

If they dont feel like working they just say their system is down. Then while you drive off you see them smiling at you as to say "We got you"...update...went again tonight (a couple of weeks later) and they had their drive through blocked with cones and chairs!!! Nine o clock! I dont know how they keep their doors open!!!

Food was terrible, some of it burned, burger sloppily prepared, window server was rude and sarcastic, on top of all that, the order was wrong, and no sauces or napkins in bag.

I didnt know they counted the onion, pickles, and lettuce here. Dont ask for nothing extra!!! Cashier was nice tho. God bless this food.
