This is far the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever experienced before in my life. I called to place an order they picked up the phone told me to hold on an never came back to the phone. The customer service rep laid the phone down an continued doing whatever she was doing. After twenty minutes on hold she place me on a real hold where as Im hearing all of Pizza Hut specials. This place is very unprofessional and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. This place is just garbage....

This is horrible pizza. The center of the pizza had so much cheese the crust didnt cook through. There was almost no sauce on the pizza, couldnt taste any sauce. Outside the center third of the pizza there was no cheese AT ALL!! The toppings stopped about three inches from the edge of the pizza. $18.00 for a supreme(ly) inedible, disgusting thing they have the nerve to call a pizza. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY AT THIS RESTAURANT!!!

This place is ridiculous I ordered online and 1hour into not receiving my pizza I decide to call them Im placed on hold for 30 minutes so I hang up call back they answer and say oh were not taking deliveries. So I said you guys have the audacity to just sit there and not call me and not tell me that they are not gonna bring the pizza thats just ridiculous and Im not one to complain I never complain about anything.

Minutes from my hotel, yet the pizza I ordered at 7:15 never arrived. I called the store multiple times over the next 3 hours, and no one ever answered the phone. Instead, it went to the ridiculous commercial recording about Pizza Hut products. If there was a problem, why couldnt they call me and tell me early enough so that I could order something from someone else. I am pretty pissed at Pizza Hut in general.

I called to order a pizza, I was on hold for literally thirty minutes and ten seconds. I screenshot it and hung up, recalled, and had to wait another four minutes on hold. FINALLY got a hold of someone, whom Im uessing was the manager, and found I would have a seventy-five minute wait until my two medium pizzas would get here. I will never again order pizza from this pizza hut.

I am very disappointed with there service. I order a personal pizza and 8 wings at 5:39. My delivery was suppose to make it at 6:22, it didnt make it until 7:15 and pizza hut is 9 minutes away from where i work. They dont have to worry about me ordering from them again and the sad part is the driver call me three times before he got here.
