We took the family there for supper after a long day of shopping. The food was cold. You could tell it sat on the buffet too long. I asked for a pizza to be made and it wasnt brought to our table like any other Pizza Ranch would do. I asked for fresh chicken and the staff sarcastically told me it was coming in 6 min. We asked for BBQ chix and they didnt make it. Mashed potatoes were cold and like paste. Once we were sat down and eating we were asked if we were still using the buffet, 15 min after we sat down. We said yes we are still eating. Not even 3 min later another employee came and asked if we were done eating. We had 10 plates sitting on our table and nobody came to take away dishes and there was only 1 other family in there so it wasnt busy. Very pissed poor service and I am sure non of the food would have met food service temps. Last time we will eat there.

My wife doesnt like chicken off the bone, so whenever we go to Pizza Ranch and the cashier asks us if we have any pizza requests for the buffet, my wife always asks for an order of chicken fries instead. Some (not all) Pizza Ranch locations try to charge her another $8 on top of the buffet price for that, which is wrong, because a person is only going to eat so much food... so its not like theyre giving anything away or losing anything, since she already paid for the buffet. But this is one of the good Pizza Ranch locations that doesnt do that. They just include it in the buffet price, like they should. And thats why they get our business!

Everytime we go here the customer service is outstanding. You want something they dont have? They make it, pronto. People are friendly, food is good. Alot of the decor is torn up and i could care less because what matters is we are taken care of. I wish more businesses understood that. Customer service is key ALWAYS. We were last trip coming at the end of lunch and not only did they quickly prepare the cheese i wanted they came over and said they were wanting to know if we wanted anything else specifically for us before they put out dinner for the other people. Always asking if were happy, sincerely concerned with our satisfaction.

This place is so great that its almost beyond words. They dont have the best pizzas in the world, but they are a pizza restaurant with a buffet! When you first come inside and order the buffet, theyll actually ask you if you want a certain kind of pizza on their buffet. And you can either eat that whole pizza or share it with the rest of the customers in the restaurant. Definitely a 5-star experience everytime.

As Pizza Ranches go this one is better than most Ive been in. The Pizza is "kid style" frozen crust. The fried chicken and salad bar are good though. I feels less clean than it should although I didnt see anything bad. I often have to wait for food to come out to the buffet warmer. The desert pizza and soft serve ice cream are good. It just feels like a $6.50 lunch that Im being charged $8.50 for.

To go order Taco pizza did not have the ingredients as stated on their menu. Also, when I arrived at the business another patron was basically picking the lock because it was obviously not working correctly based on the look of the door. Told the employee that the door was locked or not working properly and we could not get in. Response "Im sure the door is not locked". Bye.....

I actually worked here when I was 14. My family and I decided to order here, I honestly didnt expect much. We ordered pizza that ended up not being delivered correctly, Amy Jenkins sent the correct pizza out which is why Im giving 5 stars. She was very apologetic and offered a new pizza or a credit. We love pizza ranch and we were okay with the mistake. Thanks, Amy! :)

We were impressed with the fact that when you have their buffet, they ask what your favorite pizza is, make it, give you a number, then bring it fresh with clean plates to your table when its ready. No waiting or hoping they make what you want! Very nice. Tuesday night is Senior Discount night. My only complaint is that they should check their bathrooms more often.

The food honestly didnt taste bad but the service was horrible. The place was trashed and not a clean table in the house. Floor covered in food. The staff is all young kids and stand around socializing. After we left, I was up all night with food poisoning. Now my husband has it too so I know thats what it is. Be careful folks! Its not pretty.

Dont go here, we just had lunch here and from the moment I left my stomach was upset. Not even 6 hrs later, Im throwing up from food poisoning. Havent eaten anything else since we were there and now I cant enjoy my work trip because Im alternating between throwing up and being curled up in bed in my hotel. Disappointed.

Im not much of a pizza person but the chicken is fantastic! Just like my grandma used to make. The dessert pizza is awesome and the sides are pretty good too! Great place to eat with food that tastes homemade! 5 stars for me and my family!

It was never great but was worth at least 3 stars. Over the last year it has really seemed to drop off the deep end. Food and service has suffered the most. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Owner/Manager is great! Cant beat the food for the price! We have eaten here often over the past 6 years weve lived here, and I think its great that they help local youth sports teams fundraise.

Friendly & accommodating staff, fresh & delicious food. The Tuscan Roma pizza is perfect on a wafer thin crust! And they dont rush you. Even with road construction, well be back!
