WOW! I just got home after going through the drive thru. Waited a couple minutes to order, then the person that helped us seemed annoyed that we were there. Hot dogs are not cooked, chili on the hot dogs not cooked, no cheese on the hot dogs and one half full blizzard cup. So theres no way Im going back there for an exchange or anything, but I figured I call and let the manager know that the employees suck. Manager gets on the phone and I think it was the same person that took our order. She gave me a sad song about how the blizzard people are new and the hot dog people are new and her night has been awful and she cant babysit them. Again sounding annoyed with me. Cool Eats, Half Treats.

Took my grandson for a evening out and I always let him have ice cream cone with sprinkles and a cup of ice cream with sprinkles. I asked for a banana split to be put in cup for myself. The employee had an issue with my grandson ordering 2 things and myself wanting a banana split in a cup. Actually said he didnt know how that was benefiting me. Didnt understand why grandson needed 2 different ice creams. Well Dairy Queen...I can say you werent getting my money for your opinion. Although thanks for having me choose a different place. We found one we enjoyed alot and can say. You have lost our business!!! Happened 3-27-2017

This place was really good for a while, then something happened. All the food changed a little and then the staff but not for the better. Now they mess up every order. Anything fried tastes like it was cooked in used motor oil, dark and overcooked. As for the cheeseburgers I think they filet the meat and cheese in half, then then cook till dry followed by a quick rub in the cooked out grease before slapping it on a bun. We only keep going back because my six year old insists.

We love it here! The food is made fresh and fast. The people are always super friendly. The only thing that was disappointing was that the $5 dollar meal deal went up to $6. A dollar is a pretty big hike. But the food and the service are great there.

Asked for a vanilla crunch cone then dipped in cherry! Said they cant do it because it wont stick...even tho Cedar Rapids Dairy Queen do it for me lol! So I chose vanilla crunch and received a twist crunch cone.....

Great service & wonderfully delicious food! I had the pulled pork sandwich with onion and pickles on a pretzel bun with fries and a frape’. Mmmm! Prices are affordable and the treat sure is worth it!

I could hear them (mostly a female) very clearly behind the counter talking about me, hitting on me, and mentioning my every move as I sat down. It made me very uncomfortable.
