Poor service.. The wait staff came to our table twice for our entire meal.. the first time was to bring the drinks that i got myself because we were tired of waiting. The other one of those times is when my husband stopped her for refill on ALL of our drinks. She didnt take any of our dirty plates or ask if the food was ok. We all had the buffet the food was good and hot when it it was there but it was a such a small selection on hot food that it was gone almost as fast as they could put it out. Nice salad selection, although half of the lettuce was frozen .. probably wont be back for awhile .

First off if you think you are going to get any thing steak related included in the buffet you will be sadly mistaken. Buffet had a vary few choices that will interest a grown up unless you like salad. I ended up giving in because i could hardly find anything in the buffet that i would eat myself. After paying an additional 13 dollars for the steak I must say I was completely satisfied. Steak was magnificent and cooked to perfection. Long story short the steaks are great however buffet was in need of a serious make over.

It was pretty good food, the hot food was actually hot, the cold food was actually cold, a little bit skimpy in the salad bar however it did have all the main ingredients. My waitress was very polite, the restaurant was pretty clean. My experience was the lunchtime salad buffet, I will definitely return, if anybody asks me if it is a good place to go eat I will say yes!

Why would you let a salad bar ruin what could of been a fantastic experience. My girlfriend requested some items to be filled and it wasnt getting done fast enough. Finally the waitress brought to the table some of the items in question that I thought was a good deed but my girl didnt ,she took it wrong. So not only did it ruin dinner it kinda ruined the night

This will be my first and last visit to Bonanza Buffet. Although the staff was friendly, theyre serving ability was questionable. As I walked in I noticed it said free steak on the kiosks outside, waitress did not tell me the regular Buffet is $7.29. She charged me $11.59. With that being said, the steak is not free. This is misleading and bad business.

The meat was as tough as I couldnt tell you very tough I had them take one back and bring me another and it was twice as bad the salad bar everything looks like it had been there all day long pretty disgusting action I believe its gone downhill quite badly not happy in a waste of money dont think Ill ever go there again that used to be very good

The indoor appearance of Bonanza is dated. The staff expect you to know the menu exactly. That said, its a great place to eat. Food is made by real people, and you get what you pay for. It may not be fancy, but youre eating at a cheap steak buffet, get over it. Fills you up on food every time.

If youre just wanting steak and not much else this is a decent place. My wife and I were not big fans because the Bonanza doesnt even compare to the Bonanza in Mason City, IA. The buffet here is basically nothing while its sister restaurant is enormous and has everything and then some.

We had an excellent server who took care of us and made sure our drinks and table was cleared off. She also had a good personality. The food was your average comfort food and tasted pretty good. We were there during the evening rush hour so everything was fresh tasting.

Had country fried steak Saturday afternoon and it was plain nasty. Cooked in very old grease. We took it to go and good for them we live so far away. I still should have returned it. Buffet was ok but dirty utensils for getting your food, dont think we will go back.

I have been there twice. I think the buffet, and main meal was great. I will not share what I really liked about it as there are some who would like to ruin it for everybody. Little expensive but worth it if you know how to eat.

The food was typical buffet quality and the steak was tough. The real disappointment was that it is expensive for what it is, a buffet. It cost more than if we had went to a real steak house like Texas Roadhouse or Outback.

Poor choices on the buffet! For the price paid meat options are poor. Food not real warm and pretty much tasted like school lunch. Salad bar was nice!

Banana bread, great salad bar, fried chicken, tacos, lemon dessert, bread and ranch.... Those are my favorites on the salad bar
