Ordered some breakfast for dinner, after a super long work day. I called and asked for them to please put extra syrup for our pancakes. Picked our food up and get it home... NO syrup, no butter... just dry pancakes! I like pancakes and all but not particularly fond of pancakes without syrup or butter. I called and the girl said... "let me guess, you didnt get any syrup" I thought wow good guess... then she said... "you can come back and get it" I said... umm No... She said then what can I do for you, why did you Call? I said that I was bringing awareness so it doesnt happen to the next customer. She said okay then, thanks for the awareness. Then she hung up on me. My guess is that her super great guess that we were not given syrup or butter, was because this is a regular occurrence. She could have at least apologized.

Waitress had just taken the order of the 3 tables in front of me and she came to take our order for drinks my grandson was hungry and we ordered food right away. The waitress came by about 10 minutes later said it would be a bit the cooks were behind. After about 20 minutes the one table left. Almost an hour later after we ordered, the other tables didnt have their food and neither did we. We also did not see anyone bringing food out. The waitress stopped to check our drinks once, my grandson was really hungry. Nothing was offered to give him. We finally gave up and left. Since new management this place has gone down hill. I would not recommend this place to anyone until they get the old management back.

Overall they are pretty good, tonight they seemed short staffed. They were doing their best they could and they seemed overwhelmed. Overall it took 1.5hrs to get our food but it was really good and they gave us a free slice of pie for the waited. Which was not needed. There were others there waiting for food and they kept complaining which pulled the manager out out from helping them just so they could tell her how slow they were. News flash people you have now pulled her away from making your food which slows it down more. The people that worked this Sunday night deserve a break they worked hard. Nice job people and keep up your awesome work. One person at a time

This was absolutely the worst experience with customer service I have ever had. We sat and waited for 15 minutes to be seated when the restaurant wasnt even remotely full. They didnt even acknowledge us. Then, we were seated at a sticky table with tip money still at it, a dirty, sweaty, unkept waitress approached us with menus, but said nothing. Just hovered until i said "well just have waters to start, please". 15 minutes passed before we got our waters. She said shed be back to take our orders. Never came back. We waited 20 minutes, but left. We were there for almost an hour and our orders were not even taken. Ridiculous.

Service and food quality are hit or miss at this restaurant. Sometimes, we have great service and great food quality. Other times, like Saturday night, there was an hour wait for food after you were seated. Although we dont complain about food much, it seems that somebody almost always has to send something back to the kitchen when we visit this location (something missing, something undercooked, etc.); however, when this happens, they always makes sure that we are happy before we leave. On the positive side, prices tend to be cheaper at this location as compared to the corporate Perkins locations in the metro area.

I liked what i had. Daughter didnt like the soup. I had bad pork chops here at Buffalo location before. Service was very slow. But i think they were short staffed. Lady behind us was very upset. She said her steak was burned and she was complaining about other things also. Not sure what it was. And another thing thats bad about this Perkins is they dont participate in a lot of the promotions.i prefer the perkins in plymouth or maple grove over buffalo.

If I could rate it zero stars I would. Absolute worst service at any restaurant I have ever been to. French Toast was burnt asked 3 times for Tabasco and still was not given it. Was overcharged for items we never ordered. Was asked 20 minutes before we left if we wanted refills and never received those refills. Terrible absolutely terrible do not waste your time or money!!!

Our waitress was very sweet and was very quick with our food and beverages. She checked up this us afterwards, she asked us how was everything asked my son if he wanted more orange juice :D much needed especially when having children. I would definitely come back if she was my waitress again. Excellent customer service wish there was more like her!

Food is great but the restaurant had it out for me and always ran out of chicken noodle soup when I came. Currently it is a 25% success rate when it comes to obtaining said soup. Update, also they did not have the one pie I wanted. They had every other soup and every other pie except for my personal preference. The pie however was comped.

Never go here unless you have to! No, I take that back. NEVER GO HERE! Im not sure who is the manager, but they need to hire some people who know what theyre doing! The servers are terrible and the food comes out cold. Its like a bunch of misfits work there. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else!

Worse service ever ended up literally waiting hour and fifty minutes before i ate my food. They didnt bring complete order as well and had to ask outside kitchen door for refills on soda. Was waiting to talk to manager about our service and they hid in back to avoid talking to me.

The staff has always been kind and great service. Sometimes there is extra wait but that happens when you go to sit down restaurant on busy times. Our most recent waitress was Megan and she had quite a few tables but she was fabulous and courteous.

Service was stellar! Food was below average, including at least three in our party getting sick while still at the restaurant and after. 2 stars is too high for quality of food. Something in the kitchen is not clean or cleaned improperly.

I was able to get my food in 20 mins, tasted awesome, past restraunt worker I understand how much stress can become from a rush that will cause mess ups, so instead of getting worked up, talk nicely to server and they will help you out.

It was a good meal to sit down and talk to people well your food is being made. Not to sound to old but sometimes just getting off your phone and talking to people is worth it right there.
