Experience last night was horrible, statts off with the girl at the register. Very very rude no hi or any kind of welcom from her she just told us the amount, we the asked if we could order our pizza her response was "ya". We asked if she really wanted our business and she tried to change her little attitude. Food was good but the pizza and chicken was almost gone. They did restock everything rather quick. All the staff ended up sitting down pretty much at one time too eat and we ended up with 6 empty plates on our table. That little girl with the attitude at the cash register just lind of ruined it all for us

Annoyed my husband and I stopped here for lunch I paid for my bill with cash the young cashier picked up my $22 and looked at the $20 bill with great scrutiny she couldnt have been more than 20 years old if that and this bill was printed and been in circulation since 1969 she just couldnt accept this bill because it doesnt look like the new money of today over 10 minutes Im waiting at the cash register while apparently she asked everyone in back if this was legal tender I guess when your money is older then the cashier you better look through your wallet to find a bill that is younger then the cashier

Came to Pizza Ranch abt 7 PM Saturday, ordered one single chicken bacon ranch pizza. At least two other parties arrived after me, and they ordered and received their pizza orders. As of 8 PM, still havent received chicken bacon ranch pizza, despite repeated assurances that said pizza was being prepared, and final assurance was manager stating that my pizza was going to be boxed for me to take home. Update 8:10 PM - received my pizza, at least it was the correct order, and was piping hot.

We love, love, love this Pizza Ranch! By far the cleanest and best pizza of any of the pizza ranchs we go to. I love that they will make you any pizza you want and bring it to your table, and we absolutely love the Cactus Bread dessert pizza. If you are in the mood for a buffet, look no further. And its not just pizza either, they may very well have the best fried chicken in all of Iowa! All you can eat pizza, salad, chicken, sides, and deserts... whats not to love?

Took my son for his birthday, very busy ok Friday night but food was fresh and service was great. They sang to him and gave him a dessert bread of his choice to take home. Fried chicken is excellent, lots of pizza options and will make special requests. Good salad bar options as well

Ordered Delivery Chicken. I was told it would take 1 hour for my food to be delivered. It finally reached the 2 hour mark when i decided to call them and ask where my food was. I was told it was on the way. It is now at the 2.5 hour mark and I still dont have the food I ordered.

OK pizza (but better than Pizza Hut), OK buffet, OK salad bar. Salad bar needs more choices for dressing and tomatoes need to be added to it. Everything was fresh and hot. The fried chicken and biscuits are awesome and the staff is super friendly. I would eat here again.

Ordered delivery, the chicken bacon ranch skillet style pizza. I really enjoyed it, they dont have this chain of pizza joint back home. I think its reasonably priced and tastes much better than dominoes or other typical chains. Delivery was on time and courteous.

sat us in a party room because they ran out of room at 6pm today. ate a plate of food and left because that party room was reserved for a group of 30 and we didnt want to to inconvience the people that rented the room. staff didnt seem to care. thanks $25.66

This is good pizza buffet. Its not amazing tasting like a stone fired pizza, but its well cooked. They have a variety of pizza and you can special order any kind you want. The chicken is better than chain chicken. Plenty to choose from at a decent price.

The food was pretty good, but the place was a mess, there was food all over the floor in the two booths behind us. Not one time while we were there did any body attempt to clean it up. Little disappointed the place is usually pretty clean.

Chicken was old. Been sitting too long. Went tonight, they forgot to bring the pizza out that we ordered, so we had to wait for them to cook another, then had to wait another 20 minutes for them to make desert pizza, cuz they were out.

The food was great but I took a couple minutes to use the restroom and I came back to find my table cleaned off. I confronted the busser that I wasnt done and I did not receive a new cup. I was very disappointed in that situation.

Good place for kids. $9.99 pizza buffet is pretty good. They keep the pizzas pretty fresh. They also have fried chicken and potatoes if you dont like pizza. Their desert pizza is great.
