Have been eating at this location for several years. When I visit my home town of Little Rock. Since 6/10/2015, I have eaten at this location 6 times. There has never been more than 3 seats with customers. Very slow and I wondered why. Entered the business at 11:30 am on 7/21/2015. No other customers in the restaurant. One nice lady recognized me and said hello. Sat down hoping she was going to wait on me. 5 minutes later no one offered to help me. One lady walked out of the back, wearing a Managers outfit, was complaining about being board. I asked if she would serve me a diet coke. She rolled her eyes and delighted the request to my server. The server then picked up a tray of coffee cups and began to slowly move them from one location to the next. No service what so ever!! I walked out and will not return. zon

Waited a long time for someone to acknowledge we was waiting, the staff walks around like they dont know what the heck theyre doing, they finally took my order and I asked for coffee, brings out coffee without silverware or creamer, I had to wave to the waiter to bring me some and I get 2 sets of silverware very dirty, I had to wipe clean before using, long wait and theyre not even busy, I been to several other locations and this one is by far the worst ever, no wonder why theyre not busy, never coming back!!!

This was a disappointing experience. We waited 20 minutes and I never received my full order. The waitress asked if I wanted to order something else because my wrap wasnt coming. The cook ensured her that it was. After my boyfriend was finished with his meal, and I still did not have mine, we asked for the check and to have the missing food removed from it. The bill should have been $17, we were charged $20. We will not be returning.

I recently gave this place another try after not dining there for over a year because of slower than molasses service. Today I waited 40 minutes for a side of hashbrowns to go. I walked out when I noticed that my breakfast had been sitting for about 10 minutes getting cold! This place seems to be getting worse, highly innefficient.

As a former Waffle House employee myself, I would have to say that the food and service I received was great! My server, Bryant was friendly, and very attentive to my needs. I tried a Sausage Bowl for the first time, and really enjoyed it! Because of my great service and experience, I will definitely be back!

Server saw us sit down and then we didnt get not one bit of acknowledgment for atleast 15 minutes while everyone who sat down after us got severed and waited on as soon as they sat down. Got up and left still not acknowledge. Wont even give them one star but it wont let me post without one.

We didnt really care much for the service we received at this location. Keep in mind, we always frequent diffrent Waffle Houses and just look for a good breakfast and the service doesnt even need to be outstanding. THESE people obviously did not want to be there that day.

Wouldve been great if I didnt have to wait so long for my main dish, which was a double waffle. Plus, nobody noticed or said anything until I said something about it. I love Waffle House, but service must be attentive to their patrons.

Havent been to waffle house years....glad to be home and eat here. Reminded me of what it used to be like. Friendly staff, great cook/chef, friendly conversation with staff. Food was amazing and the place was not crowded.
