Went there this last Sunday, ordered a few meals, they pull out medium drinks. Asked them why "Well were out of large drinks". Me, "Youre out of large drinks?". Them "Well no, but they all have pictures of the new item and we cant hand them out yet". Me "The item was leaked the day it came out, its a quesalupa". She just looked at me stupid. "Well will you give me two 16 oz drinks then?". She would not answer me, kept looking at me with a stupid face. When I order something I want what I order, they need someone that keeps up stock better, that was ridiculous to me.

Been to taco bell several times after remodel and its ALWAYS so SLOW! Went today to get my daughter something to eat before her game and I Waited in drive thru for 25 minutes for a Quesadilla and Nachos. When asked why its always so slow now the Girl said they only had 3 workers! Asked why that was and she said " The Managers" Are the Managers that bad that they cant keep help?!? Leaving the drive thru line is not an option as once ur in line there is no way out. Prices have also went up as the food has gone down.

On my most recent trip to Taco Bell I noticed order was missing three items and receipt when I got home. Tried calling no answer. Drove back to Taco Bell to get order corrected. Manager said five minutes but it took 30 minutes. It would have taken longer had I not asked for my order. Upon getting my order, I noticed I was again missing some items. At this point didnt feel like waiting an additional 30 minutes. I guess the service didnt get the renovation it needed along with restaurant.

Taco bell has always been my favorite fast food, but I have never been so disapointed with a food order. The taco bell in west plains gave me stale chips, a sloppy mexican pizza, and our double dilla was more like a half a dilla and missing most of the ingredients... not to mention the unmelted cheese. I will not be going back. This remodle must have lost all of their decent employees.

I have finally stopped going here. Orders wrong(things missing, fixed improperly, or just taking forever). The worst experience I had went got food, returned twice to correct order.... 3 tried and still wrong. When I called the attitude was less than receiving about messing up the meal 3 times and still having parts missing. Havent returned to even get my free meal.

Delicious food as always. The wait times after the grand reopening were very long (probably mainly a result of the ridiculous amount of people going there at all times if the day after the reopen), but they are improving. The renovations inside and out look very nice. Love this place, have been going here for years and dont plan on stopping anytime soon.

After waiting 20 minutes in line, I get to the window to a greasy hot mess. I received 2 bags which was supposed to be my complete order. Several miles down the road, I discovered that half of my order was missing ($5.00 worth). It was too far to go back and get it. I did turn in a negative survey with Taco Bell.

Horrible experience instead of focusing on my food and giving me the right meal Victoria r the cashier hit on my boyfriend very rude and very unprofessional. I will never go to this taco bell ever again its ridiculous they dont even deserve a star

Food there is nice and i have never had a problem with waiting or an order mix up. But for some reason, they dont answer the phone. I have called four times and listen to about 15+ rings before hanging up and trying again.

Taco Bell is great when you are 11 years old - Kids love Taco Bell - but always, always check your bag before leaving the drive thru window to ensure you have everything you ordered.
