Used to really love this place but my most recent trip will definitely keep me from going back. My order was for a 2 topping large pizza, cheese bread, and 2, 20 oz. root beers. I ordered online where the price for a 2 topping large was $7.99, then pull in the parking lot and the sign out front says 2 topping large for $5.99. Couldnt get them to honor the difference. Then I waited MUCH longer than the quoted time. If I hasnt already paid online I would have left. Had to listen to the employee talk to customers on the phone in a VERY derogatory manner (glad I ordered ONLINE). We waited and waited, then finally looked up and saw two pizza boxes sitting up on a shelf. When I finally found someone to help me, I asked if that was MY food sitting up there. He told me no, then went over and looked and it WAS. He handed it over and told me to have a good day. Once I looked in the box, the sauces I paid extra for were not included so I had to holler for someone to get those for me. Then I asked about my 2 drinks and was instructed to "get them from the case". The case only had water and diet coke. When I told him I paid for Root Beer, he says " sorry, were out". Like I was just supposed to suck it up. I told him I wanted my money back then and he says " well I have to get a manager for that". I said "ok then get him please!". After another 10 mins of no help, I finally said "is someone coming to help me orrrr.......?" He says "oh yea, I forgot". Finally got my $2 refund (should have been $4 since I was over charged for the pizza). The food was actually decent, but be aware that this place is run by people who 1.) dont care about you, 2.) dont care about their jobs, and 3.) clearly dont care about personal hygiene.

I begged my wife for months to try this place because of how good it looked. She finally let me try it, but I was not impressed with service or food. The topperstix were pretty great, but pizza quality wasnt all that high. I paid for an extra sauce and did not receive it. I called as soon as I got home and noticed and was told it would be on the way. 30 minutes later I called again because they had not made it to my house (only a half mile away which was made clear on the phone). I asked the manager to just refund my 79 cents. It isnt much, but this was because of their apathy, yet I figured Id make it easier on them to rectify a situation they have not yet been helpful with. The manager said (again, with much apathy) that "Oh. Well I will refund it back to the card when I do receipts AFTER closing tonight." I doubt they are even planning on working at refunding my measly 79 cents. This is not a very impressive place. Unfortunately, I am one to try new things. That proved to be a bad experience for me tonight. I will keep my service with Marcos Pizza - who have proven their prices and customer service multiple times. Update over a week later: We still havent been refunded, so we are going by the store tonight. Do not use this place. Unprofessional, lying, lack of quality...

My wife and her friend ordered from this establish and there was a problem with the order. The pizza was very dry and the taco pizza didnt even have lettuce. They contacted the manager called James several times and he was very rude towards my wife and her friend, he laughed at them and said they wasnt giving them a refund nor was he going to fix the pizza, he didnt even offer a simple apology. I called him to find out if it was just a misunderstanding and he just simply replied with "what can I do to take them off my back" I then asked why was he so rude to begin with and he simply replied by saying "they were annoying" I finished the conversation telling him things he couldve done to fix the problem. Ive talked about this problem to others in the Conway area and they have also said that the man has a lack of respect towards others.

The ABSOLUTE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD!!! We ordered from the Toppers in Conway Ar. They completely messed up our order. We called to explain it and James hung up on us when we called again he was so very rude and when we asked for a refund of our money he laughed in the phone and said he wasnt going to refund it and hung up yet again!!! The worst place to ever go. They have lost our complete respect and business. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE Contact Marcos Pizza if you want the best pizza youve ever ate! They are AMAZING and have the best customer service I know! They will now be the only place I order from. I will be contacting Corporate on James and taking care of that little problem.

They are by far very rude even the manager is not at all helpful or sympathetic in situations where its their fault. I ordered over a hour ago called and the guy said he came in early to help me out and he dont know where my order is and the manager going to say I dont know what to tell you. Very bad customer service will never eat there again. Do not go to this place because they are not apologetic when they make a mistake and does not have good customer service. HORRIBLE! THE OWNER NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN OR HIRE RESPECTABLE WORKERS WITH GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS BECAUSE WORD OF MOUTH CAN RUIN YOUR BUSINESS!!

This was recommended by Ron in Fairfield Inn and Suites, Conway ,AR they deliver late night also ..I reached around 12 midnight. This is the place we can have a Veggie pizza. Dshan or the person who took the call was quick, sharp and able to give some good discount.. amazing.. The guy who delivered was sharp on time exactly 35 minutes promised and delivered. Food was tasty..Normally i leave it or give to someone..I ate all of them, it was so tasty and nice- not that i was hungry. The girls who took the call later for prompt delivery were very courteous and professional even though it was real late for them.

The service here is terrible tried to order delivery and the guy told me the manager said that the company was done delivering pizza. Then ask me if I could come pick it up. Ummm no isnt your job/duty to make the guest/customer happy. Then on top of the worst service ive ever had told me that there is a 180 minute wait. Crazy Ill defiantly be contacting the general manager on this matter tomorrow. Im a manager for a pizza company myself and it would never be tolerated by our company.

Seriously, get pizza from a Chinese place first, youll enjoy it more. Only reason this gets two stars is because the person delivering the pizza was nice. Waited over an hour for the most bland pizza I have had in my life. On top of that, it was over $30 for two medium pizzas and some cheese sticks. And as I said, it was all flavorless. I shouldve just saved $29 and gotten 2 totinos pizzas from wal Mart. Avoid this place at all costs.
