Pies are all that remains good here. Waited 20-30 minutes to be seated for a table of 3 while half of the dining room was empty. Once we finally got seated at a table we placed our order and waited an Hour for our food. Not one of the orders was made correctly and non were special orders, all straight off the menu. Our waiter Paul was very nice and gave us a free soup while we waited for our meal. The soup was unfortunately cold. We wont be returning here unless its to pick up a French silk pie. They used to have a lot better variety on their menu. Now it is mostly sandwiches and breakfast.

So we just went to Bakers Square in Schereville store #220700 and had a horrible experience. The soup was COLD, the salads were thrown together and the chicken breast in them were OLD. The kids eggs were DRIED out, their pancakes werent COOKED through all the way. The deal breaker was the fact that the garlic bread had MOLD ON IT. After all of that the supervisor on duty had the audacity to be angry at us because we brought it to her attention. You so get a very bad review for this foolishness.

They have fast and friendly service and a nice variety of healthy food options on the menu. I feel less guilty ordering dessert. They have a wonderful variety of pies and brownie with ice cream generous enough to share (sometimes)

This Bakers Square has been a local mainstay for decades. Service is *usually* good and of course, everyone loves the pies. Gets a 1 star taken away for the dated, somewhat musty restrooms and less than consistent service.

*PLEASE NOTE 2 STAR IS FOR DINING OPTIONS NOT THE PIE* I really only go here for the EXCELLENT pies. (Pies are 5 star) Food options are sub par and usually youll find the older (late 40s+) crowd dining here
