Food and service is great. My son is allergic to wheat and they made a cake for my sons birthday in a short notice without chocolate crumbs those had wheat ingredients and the owner of that dairy Queen gave me that cake for free. I really appreciate that. I also love their ice creams and smoothies. Staff is nice and friendly. English is not first language of some of their employees thats why some time it looks like they are rode but actually they are very nice and polite. It just looks like that because of their accent. I will Higley recommend to eat there.

Good ice cream and okay service. However I hate that I sat there and watched the manger be rude and hateful to the employees. I can see why the customer service isnt that great. They have to deal with a manager thats a piece of crap. Every time Ive ever been in there the Manager was either being rude or hateful to the employees in front of people. That alone makes me not want to go back and I hope the employees find another job where they get treated better

I stopped by right around 8:30 pm on 5/30/16 to get me and my fiancé a milkshakes. Upon leaving I found plastic and food scrapings in my milkshake. I decided to give the store a call and when I finally got the manager he pretended to be unable to hear me then decided to hang up the phone on me. One of the worst experiences I have ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Customer service was excellent and food was fresh! The store was clean and had someone cleaning tables as well as floors because folks were waiting for a place to sit down. Sam, manager, was very kind and encouraging to employees and patrons alike. We will definitely be back.

We only go to this Dairy Queen because they serve chocolate ice cream. They are always open until 10. We drove 30 mins to get there and they were closed 30 mins early because of a mandatory employee meeting. They didnt seem to concerned either!

Most of the time you’re greeted with friendly employees - but there is always that one that ruins it. Overall I enjoy either dining in or the drive thru. The food is consistent & it’s always clean!

Wow! This is my favorite fast food place to eat. The cashiers are all super nice and they always load your ice cream with whatever toppings you ask for. Wonderful!
