We ate at the portage KFC on 8/17/17. The food was good but your store needs updating. We had to move seats because water was dripping on us from the ceiling and the store inside is just dirty. The staff needs to do some detailed cleaning in the inside. The outside is bad to. The flower beds are just dirt and not very much if that with a tiny bush just sitting there. There seems to be no upkeep on the inside or outside. This makes me doubt how well the food is handled or how clean it is behind the counter. Take some pride in your business and make people want to eat there. We have too many options to go eat and I wont be back until I see improvements.

I went out to buy food yesterday at Kentucky Fried Chicken and I didnt like the manager I think he said his name was joe,he was snobby and talked like he had an attitude he didnt greet me or say have a nice day after I was done purchasing my order and after he was very rude.I mean the food was great but the customer service was very poor and I think to be a Manager u had to have good Customer Service and people skills but his attitude was just way out of line.

KFC is great. This location is not. They NEVER have chicken ready to go. Of the dozen or so times I have been there in the last 12-18 months there has only been 1 time they had food ready to go. IDK what the problem is but I have never had this problem at any other KFC location.

KFC in portage is really stepping it up! Best Experience in a while! Not one complaint! Everything was warm and fresh!! My Pepsi was crisp and refreshing. The mac and cheese was creamy. My coleslaw was cold. Chicken crispy and hot!! Overall a very smacking meal! Good job!

I ordered two famous bowls (which comes with cookies), and two chicken littles specifically with no pickles. I got no silverware, no cookies, and pickles on my food. When I called an complained, the manager had a terrible attitude with me and hung up on me.

I ordered a chicken sandwich and the bus was hard on the bottom and soggy on top and the chicken was stale. I complained and got another that was pretty much the same as the first one. The people working there seemed nice, but the did is horrible

I never rate..but it was so horrible I have to..no chicken ready to go and they didnt even give me my whole order..called and all they said was well come back and get what we forgot..NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN!!!

Went to pick up lunch for some friends. Going in was faster than the drive thru that day, not sure about any other time. There staff was very helpful and the made sure we received our cookie with our meal.
