A great high-end food option for the West Meade area. Relaxed and classy. I placed a pick up order and was greeted immediately when I walked in. Very attentive, very professional staff, and seems to be run quite well.. I noticed that everyone looked put together and clean. The décor of the restaurant is fantastic. The bartender was attentive and personal while I was waiting for my food to finish up. I could see right into kitchen from bar, and everything looked immaculate. While I was waiting, I noticed that the bartender mistakenly dropped one of my to-go lids, and he immediately picked the top up and threw it into the garbage. Clean environment and sanitary. I also noticed the restaurant seems to have a well-run system. I sat for a short time at the bar, and the staff was very attentive and communicated quickly that I was there to pick my food up. An employee delivered me my food, thanked me for my business and asked to help take my food out. The food quality was nothing short of outstanding. I ordered the standard burger, and it was one of the best burgers Ive had in a while. Garlic fries are great too. They also offer gluten free buns. Big plus. Great high-end option if you are looking for quality food.

I really wanted to like this place. I love the look from the outside, and the decor inside. I REALLY wanted to like it (I live only a half a mile away.) However, I have been here 5 or 6 times trying over and over again to like it, and not only do I NOT like it, I sincerely dislike it. The food is extremely overpriced, and is not impressive. The drinks are extremely overpriced for the cheap syrupy concoctions that they are. They do make a really fabulous habanero vodka, but thats the only thing impressive on the menu. I went one time and had a GREAT bartender. Every other time, the bartenders/wait staff has been slow, rude, dramatic, and has seemed as though they dislike their job. Im very sorry to say that I dislike this place. I will avoid going back unless Im obligated to attend some sort of social function. I rarely if ever post online reviews, negative nor positive, however, I was so extremely disappointed by this place that I felt inclined to do so.

I wasnt sure about this place, seemed a bit overpriced for the budget conscience but, WOW worth every penny! We found out a new owner took it over 5 months ago and he is really committed to fresh food, using local ingredients. Local beef, fresh cut, seasoned, shoestring fries, homemade chipotle ketchup, homemade pickles, the list goes on and on. Honestly, the best burger Ive had in a long time. Better than The Pharmacy (WHAT?!, true..) Very impressive. My husband got the draft beer sampler, best deal, I think. But theres a small, extra charge (.25-.50),depending on what beer you choose. Even though it was still a good deal, I didnt like that because this charge isnt clear on the blackboard. Hopefully, theyll change that. Anyway, we will go back, so many other menu items we cant wait to try. Happy hour all night on Monday, 3-6pm Tues-Fri. Oh, and bathrooms very clean!

We visited last night for the last time. Service was horrible. Its like the bartender did not want to be there. He refilled his own drink while my husbands glass was completely empty. He did not write our order down and had to come back to make sure he had remembered it correctly. Then when the food came, we did not have napkins or silverware. He did not offer to refill my drink when it was empty,..I had to ask. And we were sitting at the bar...right in front of the drink station. The sweet potato tater tots should be a dessert or let guests know that they are not a savory and salty side for you burger. Ugh, this was a waste of $40.

Great little place tucked away! Their Nitro Left Hand Stout is awesome sauce. And the fact that almost every time Ive gone there Ive seen the owner there helping and talking with the customers. You can tell when someone takes pride in their place and what they do. Space may not be as big but would say for the selection of beer and local produce used foods when available, this place gives the Pharmacy Burger Parlor and Beer Garden a run for their money. Go here,try the Nitro, and try their burgers! Will continue to visit as long as under same management!

How about what I didnt like about it. This post would be blank if I told you what I did like. I have been in several times since you opened your doors and I have been continually disappointed. You say youre from Michigan, well so am I. I really wish you would stop saying that because you cant even manage to cook fish and chips correctly. You are a disgrace to all Michiganders. I have for the last time walked out of your establishment completely pissed off. No more chances, 6 was more than enough.

I ordered some wings to go and when I got home they were burnt. I called back to replace them and they were very understanding and totally replaced them right away. Things do happen which I understand but its what they do after that makes them great. When I got back home the wings were amazing and glad they went out of their way to take care of the issue. Will surely be back for sure.

Amazing food, different menu for lunch and dinner although they always offer fish & chips. Tried the pig&peaches pie, OMG! Amazing. Have had their strawberry bruschetta, burgers, but their cod is da bomb. They got some youngins in that kitchen that know what theyre doing! For a kitchen with meals from scratch with local foods, you cannot call this stuff "bar food"!

I was hungry, and they fed me. Wouldnt recommend this to people. I had the Hereford strip steak that was supposed to be served with chimchilla suace... It came overly covered with garlic pesto. Confusing...Also the steak was decent and I cant say it was bad, but for 25 bucks, I dont want to chew gristle. For this money Jonathans up the road is a much better option.

New owner is a total jerk. My daughters fish was rotten. When this was brought to his attention. He dug his fingers into her fish and tasted it right there at the table. Then he took the fork she had been eating with and took another bite. I was so disgusted. If that is what they do at the table I would hate to see what happens back in the kitchen.

One of the best burgers in Nashville! Numerous times, now, Ive sat at the bar alone, or in the restaurant with my wife and toddler, and every single time, the service has been wonderful! Outstanding, constantly rotating craft beer selection... knowledgeable staff... awesome burgers! Probably my favorite place to visit in West Nashville!!

I absolutely loved the food it was amazing. They had a wonderful selection of drinks. Our waitress was amazing very attentive and welcoming. Prices are a bit on the higher side but the food is totally worth it. Also how can you beat all the locally sourced ingredients.

This place seems to be constantly evolving. Best I can tell it seems to have had a few different managers or owners over the last couple of years. The BLT is great but the food seems slightly over priced. Put it this way, I love to eat here when my Dad is paying!
