My wife and I was in town on Valentines weekend from Chicago to visit college friends and decided to stop into The Ville for dinner. Now, Im a big guy and I know food, and Chicago has spoiled me. But, I must say, The Ville really impressed me with their fine dining. My wife and I order the special Valentines Day 5-course dinner. I had the Chilean sea bass and it was sooooooooo flavorful. It had this rich, moist, tender flavor that melted in my mouth. I had never had this particular dish before, but I knew that I enjoyed eating Bass. For appetizer, we had the Crab Cakes. They were also very delicious was its own unique flavor. Even the mashed potatoes were awesome! Afterwards, we had the opportunity to meet Chef Brooks and his wife Raquel- a very lovey couple who seemed very passionate about their restaurant and the satisfaction of their customers. I am a business owner myself and I know how starting a business can be challenging- especially when the only support you get is from your spouse and your dog. So to the people who gave The Ville less than 4 stars, just give it time and continue to support your neighborhood eatery. Im willing to bet that the Brooks will not disappoint you! My husband and I decided to try this place about a month or so after it opened. It wasnt very busy but we chalked that up to it being a week night. My husband ordered a burger and fries and I ordered the tableside Caesar salad and seafood bisque. We waited about 30 minutes and still no food. We asked the waiter to check on the food (he hadnt been doing anything but standing behind us talking to another employee for quite some time). Finally my soup came out and not only was it almost cold but the only seafood I found were 3 baby shrimp. Next my husbands food came. He says it was decent but over priced for what it was. He finished eating his entire meal and my salad still was not there. We had to remind the waiter about the salad and call the chef over who was making a salad for another table. Now I would understand the timing issue if the place were busy and the staff were busting their butts. However, this was not the case. There were maybe 4 other tables seated in the entire place. I think this place is lackluster and overpriced. We love supporting local establishments but this is just not one we can give our business to.

Darn it. I so wanted to like this place. I begged my family to try the place...loved the story behind its opening. we were seated right away and greeted warmly. Our drink order was taken right away and drinks came soon after. that was when things changed. We sat for 20 Minutes for our order to be taken with kids. After didnt see our food for over 30 minutes. our entrées came with no soup or salad that we ordered. Waited for 30 minutes to get a second beer. Service Staff was friendly yet inexperienced and inattentive given restaurant was only 1/4 full. Food was surprisingly bland. I had the Jambalaya. It literally tasted like shrimp and chicken in tomatoes sauce. Id suggest removing it from the menu. The kids ribs were cold. My son like the kraft macaroni and cheese. So disappointed. Ive heard their brunch is good from friends. I hope this place improves.

This is a nice addition to Noblesville dining, though it had its ups and downs. The decor is very nice and so is the music. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. We met the owners and they were awesome people. Had the jerked wings for an appetizer, very good. They were really big and well seasoned. I chose the jerk sauce and it was just OK, but the wings were good on their own. The bad part is they came out literally 30 seconds before our dinner. My wife had the chicken marsala and she said it was probably the best shes had. I had the special, crawfish etoufe. It was different than any version Ive had in the past, was in a tomato sauce and it was very "tomatoey". It was decent but not something Id race back for. Overall it was pretty good, though the price is a bit higher than youd expect. I do want to go back and try some other things.

This was absolutely the best food I have had in I dont know how long! We went in for an early dinner and the place was nearly empty. We were wondering how they managed to keep the doors open but, by the end of our meal, the other diners started appearing. It was about half full when we left. They have not yet reached their first birthday so I am sure that the word has not gotten out yet what a gem this place is. Service was exceptional and very professional. I had the Chicken Marsala and my husband had Steak Diane. His steak was cooked to his request and was so tender, my chicken was out of this world! The bread served with the meal is made on the premises and you must try the Queen of Sheba cake. It is a bit pricey for Noblesville, but this is a fine dining restaurant and, as my husband said, "You get what you pay for."

This was literally the worst place I have ever eaten. Service was fine. Waitress was nice, but when we walked in to 4 people on Friday night we should have known. At first we ordered a pasta and the "crawfish etoufee" off the specials list. When they came out they tasted as bad as they looked. My shrimp creole was shrimp and pasta swimming in ragu pasta sauce. Bland and definitely not creole. So we asked our waitress to speak with the manager. A man wearing sweat pants greeted us as the manager. We then ordered the crab leg boil. If you like your crab legs, corn on the cob, and potatoes cooked in the microwave, with no seasonings then you will love this. This place is over priced as it is, but definitely wouldnt pay half of what they charge for their meals.

We ate there last evening and had the Steak Diane (special) with asparagus and smashed potatoes for me and my wife had the Vol-au-Vent (?). Both dishes were very tasty. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium and was very tender. The Vol-au-Vent was almost a lobster bisque - very rich and flavorful. The portions were just right even though we went home with extra (I blame the large lunch I had that day). The bread served with the meal was made fresh that day and it too knocked our socks off. This chef knows his stuff. The pricing, we thought was a bit higher - but you could tell from the food, they didnt skimp on the quality. A very enjoyable service. Thanks.

A friend and I went in to have a drink prior to meeting our wives at this restaurant, 6;30 on a Friday night and there four people in the entire place - should have been a sign! So my friend and I went into the bar - no bartender, a waiter came over and asked us what we wanted - so we ordered two Angry Orchard bottles - the bill was $12.00 for two bottles of Angry Orchard! What a rip off! You can go to any other eatery in DT Noblesville and not pay more than $3.50 for the same thing. Buyer beware!
