My husband and I are experienced DQ blizzard customers. At this location they didnt have the makings for the Special we wanted to try and we were giving this location a 2nd chance. Since the last time we stopped there for a blizzard it was more like a milkshake not firm like a blizzard should be. So this 2nd chance failed the blizzards we ordered were very soft and the pecan clustered blizzard our favorite had very little of the ingredients besides ice cream. What happened to quality control? We wont go back there. Westfield DQs are better.

Ordered food for myself and ice cream for my wife and kids (they already ate). My food came out and I ate. We had to get up after 10 minutes of waiting and request the remainder of our order. The guys behind the counter said...."oh we didnt realize you didnt have it". How?...how are not aware???... that there is an entire family, that placed a $25 order for ice cream,....there must be several cones/cups of ice cream sitting around in the back waiting to come out! Service sucked! Ice cream is ice cream....I will go else where!

I took my 5 yr old granddaughter there last night. I wanted her to have her first banana split. No go. They were "out of" banana splits. I ordered a butterscotch sundae. They were "out of" butterscotch sundae. Then I overheard them telling 2 other customers that they were "out of" their items also. It is the middle of summer and an ice cream store that is not stocked, is not acceptable.

Yesterday, I really enjoyed my food & service at Dairy Queen. My server was Shelly & she was great. The Dairy Queen was very clean. Im so happy to have this Dairy Queen in the neighborhood. I over heard a compliment for this Dairy Queen location. A gentleman with his two kids said he really liked this location & was impressed how the appearance was very clean. Keep up the framework!

Workers decided FOR me that my children couldnt have a small pop with their kids meals, only milk or water says this location, thats their options period. My kids earned an ice cream and a small root beer for a great behavior week, dont judge ME your the fast food establishment!

I have visited several times and literally each time, its just ok. Its like they cannot quite get it right. Actually, feels like maybe they are not trying to improve. Want it to be great... just isnt there yet.

Very friendly staff and good food at decent prices. If you go through the drive through be prepared to wait and make sure you check your order once they get it to you. Mine is often missing parts.

Great people in the drive through but they are slow and always have to work with broken equipment. But if you go into the store they make a bit of mistakes, I like the drive through better
