Absolutely WORST experience ever!!! Tried to get a banana split as it is a pregnancy craving of mine. We go in the drive thru and order per usual. Then we get up to the window and he hands us our order. My split had no banana and I asked for no pineapple. So the employee takes it back and starts to make another one. He is finishing it up and realized again he forgot the banana. He proceeds to cut the banana, dropping it on the counter, then picks it up with his hands and shoves it down into the ice cream after handling our money. We asked him to remake it and this time a girl steps in and starts to make it AGAIN WITH HER HANDS!!!!! Absolutely disgusting that they think it is ok to handle our food with their hands. Will never be going back to Dairy Queen.

Went to this location on a Thursday night. We stood in line for almost 20 minutes, 10 of those standing right in front of the register the guy on the register was taking his sweet time and didnt say one word to us as he went up to the register multiple times, actually none of the employees said a thing to us or gave us any idea of how long we would be standing there. The line was almost out the door and there was only one employee working the register for the inside despite there being plenty of employees walking around in the back. We got tired of waiting and just left. I dont see how they stay in business if this is how they treat their customers. Go a little north to the other Dairy Queen and dont waste your time with this one.

Just got home. My carry out was wrong again. Order 2 double hamburgers with extra onion. Also ordered 6 piece chicken finger basket with ranch. They asked if I wanted a drink for $1 more. The only thing right was the drink which they give you a cup for self serve. I received 2 double cheeseburgers with EVERYTHING BUT onion. The chicken was ONLY 5 pieces and NO RANCH. Total cost was $15.52. I called and asked for the manager and waited 5 minutes. She sounded like a high school student. I complained and her response was sorry and hope have good evening. Never going back and love their ice cream. Guess Ill go next door to CULVERS

You can get an ice cream anywhere anymore but one of the main reasons we choose DQ is because our dogs, who are normally with us, can get a pup cup. To my surprise after ordering our blizzards I was told they dont give out pup cups anymore at this location. Their manager "doesnt like them giving out free ice cream." I was disappointed but not as disappointed as my dogs. I couldnt believe that after spending almost $15 I was denied less than a quarters worth of ice cream. Having been a loyal customer for several years, this is my final visit to this location.
