The reason for this, is one, the website is deceiving. It says, when you pull it up, whether its Mancinos "real" menu or not, the prices and description of the food say one thing, but apparently, the real website has no prices, and is not listed unless you KNOW the website. I went in to this location (New Castle) to pick it up, and for one, it was NOT the sandwich my son ordered and two, the price was $8 more than what the online menu(fake, apparently) said. When I called, the young girl informed me that the "manager", Wayne Schaffer, was NOT there, and they also did not give a receipt, nor offer one. This is very deceiving. Since it was ten minutes until closing time, my son had nothing to eat. The young girl said the manager was aware of this other website with prices and descriptions and can do nothing about it. If thats the case, then maybe they should, one give you a total after ordering via phone, and two, give you a receipt whether you ask for one or not. I am personally saving this sandwich my son would not eat, and taking it back in tomorrow. So for those of you who want the REAL Mancinos website, I suggest you CALL them first, because as I said this was deceiving and I was told there was nothing they can do about it. Ill be to see the owner tomorrow, with the uneaten sandwich, and I want my money back. This is the worst customer service issue I have had and I work and have worked in the restaurant industry for nearly twenty years. Their customer service is terrible, as she did NOT even try and fix this issue. Terrible! The food is good, if its what you are expecting, but otherwise, the service and the friendliness of staff is TERRIBLE.

The quality, taste, and freshness are overall a 5/5. This place has one of the best tasting pizza I have ever had. This place puts on a decent amount of toppings that are higher quality than other pizza businesses. They offer crumbled sausage, which I personally love over the chunky meatball type sausage. The friendliness is usually around a 4/5 as they are typically very busy and rushing to get the next order done. Wait times are not bad, but sometimes it takes another 5-10 minutes from the time they initially told you. The longest I have waited past when they said it was supposed to be done was 15 minutes, but that was once out of the 10+ times I have gotten pizza from here. Overall, a good place to get quality pizza.

Typically service is good considering pizzas are made to order. Tonight, granted they were busy, but the service was awful. We waited for over an hour before we were served, and that was after I went to ask about our order. I was trying to be patient, since they were busy. But even after they found our ticket in the pile of orders supposedly done, no one offered any compensation. Not trying to get a free meal, but we had 7 people on our ticket ticket so it was a decent size bill. Again, we waited over an hour. Would have been nice if the manager had come out to apologize or something.

Everyone ordered something different and we all really enjoyed our food and tasting each others food, very impressed. Our group had a veggie grinder, meatball grinder, grilled cheese, breadsticks with cheese dip and garlic bread and needless to say we had no left overs. There is quite a bit of space for tables and a separate room for groups or parties. Very pleasant and satisfying experience. The food was top notch!

Takes a bit to get an order placed, standing at the pay counter. Seat yourself. Prices have risen over the past few years. Food finally gets served, but everyone at the table doesnt always get served at once, so theyre waiting, watching as you eat- or as your food gets cold. Pizza and Grinders, made fresh and served hot, good taste. Usually worth the wait.

We ordered a full grinder and breadsticks and didnt get them for almost 2 hours. Then, when we finally did get our food, they forgot our cheese, and the food was cold. This isnt the first time this has happened, and Ive heard of others having similar issues. Pizza King is twice as busy on any given night, and we get our food in half the time.

we ordered a party tray but it came in a box not on a tray, the sandwiches were good but not enough meat, we would of been better off to get 2 larger ones and cut them up it might of had more on them or been better off to go to subway they at least know how to make a sandwich .

The food is great but the service is very slow. Called for an order and waited an hour and half so called to find out where my food was only to hear they didnt even get the order. This is not the first bad experience I have had.

Great sandwiches and pizza. Its a favorite place when we visit New Castle. They have 2 rooms that weve used for family get togethers. Staff is very courteous and attentive. They keep the food coming at every event.
