I have tried on several different visits at this location to give them difference chances. All have failed sadly. Here are a few visits with the results: Every single time I have ordered a chocolate soft serve it has been so soft it fell off either before or right after handling it to us. This is NOT NORMAL. Although the chocolate mix is a softer mix the proper setting will allow the mix to set up correctly. This evening I went to try once again to give it a shot and I ordered a Blizzard. I ordered it EXTRA THICK and paid the extra (not that I should have to because it should be thick). It was handed to me running over the side of the cup it was so soft it was oozing down my arm pit. What happened to being able to turn them upside down they are so thick? In the mall they still hand them to you upside down ,to show you how thick they are. What is wrong with your machines? It is the dead of winter (Jan). No one inside and no one in the drive thru. It is not like you are pulling so much ice cream that it cannot set up correctly. Maybe the machine settings are either not set correctly or need serviced. I hope this poor rating will wake up the owners to look into these matters that Make a Dairy Queen a true Dairy Queen! I will revise my review if I see changes in this location.

I have been to this Dairy Queen several times. They dont have chocolate soft serve. They never put enough toppings in my blizzard. I may as well be eating slightly flavored vanilla ice cream. It is always a disappointment. Save your money or go across the bridge to the Dairy Queen on the Kentucky side. They always have wonderful blizzards!!!

Terrible Dairy Queen experience. You must request the whip cream that comes complimentary with it? The owner needs to stop pinching pennies. Also this location doesnt turn the blizzards upside down when I know there is too much air in the ice cream so I dont know why they are worried about it falling out??

Want to watch a movie and and end it out with a scoop of ice cream? This DQ is the place to be! There is Infinity Madison 6 theater right behind the Diary Queen, after the movie you can catch a bite of your favorite ice cream with amazing options. Ample space to park.

Called to order a B-Day cake for my Bestfriend and they had color choices and different flavors super happy and very nice on the phone. Went to pick up and was even nicer just love this DQ...and the pumpkin blizzard is out of this world...

This dairy queen dosnt serve hamburgers, chicken strip or French fries. They give you chips instead. Very disappointed!! $
