Just finished trying to eat some of the worst pizza I have ever had. The North Vernon Pizza Hut has to be one of the worst restaurants I have ever eaten at. We have a big family, and when I spend $50 on pizza for dinner, I expect the order to be how I ordered it. And its not like Ive only had problems there once, one time we had to sit outside with a crying baby for almost an hour waiting for the them to remake a pizza THREE times just because we asked for it without sauce and they couldnt seem to understand that. (We always order the pizza that way!) Today, the pizzas ordered with light sauce were literally dripping sauce, the pizza with extra sauce barely had any, and we only got two of the three cups of cheese we ordered. To top it off, we specifically ordered a pizza with no crust flavoring, and guess what? Soaked in their nasty butter garlic sauce I hate, but we were already running late and didnt have time to wait for them to remake it. And of course, they never give a refund of any sort, even when they have clearly made a major mistake. Another time, we were on our lunch break from work, and they literally dropped my girlfriends pizza on the floor and had to remake it. Im surprised they didnt just put it in the box and pretend it didnt happen, thats how bad their customer service is. Whats worst is that we have eaten at Pizza Huts in Madison, Scottsburg, and Seymour numerous times, and the worst thing that ever happened at one of those locations was that once Scottsburg put someones order of wings in with our bread sticks! In any case, I plan to never order pizza from this location again, and would recommend that you dont either, as Im sure that Im not the only one that has experienced these problems there.

Food is great, staff plays around too much service was poor, waited almost an hour to get food had to ask twice and two different people for drink refill. So now we order and go, thats now few and far between the girl that took our order was too busy paying attention to playing around messed up the whole order an hour and half later we finally left with our pizza, even then still had to take it back wasnt made right! Lactose intolerant child cant eat cheese still yet put cheese on it!

This Pizza Hut sucked. Ate the lunch buffet. The crust tasted like cardboard. Hardly any sauce or cheese on the pizzas. Salad bar the lettuce looked old. Short on staff. If your in that area and want pizza please find somewhere else to go.

Wednesday night, no big games. Ordered wings for delivery. 1.5hrs later they brought us shriveled remnants of a dead chicken inside of bag and all containers covered in sauce. Cold. Not ever again!

This is a Pizza Hut Wing Street and the service is not bad. The food is pretty good, but its mostly teenagers working there if you go in the evening.

Good place to eat for an older restaurant. Variety of menu items. Small salad bar. Reasonable price. Dont be in a hurry. Id eat there again.
