This place is awful. I have been there twice in about a month and both times had a terrible experience. It doesnt seem like they know what that are doing. I was asked three times what my order was, they messed up my sundae and when the cashier told the manager it was wrong she stared at the screen for over a minute before she remade it. Everything I ordered was correct on my recipet so I didnt understand why they were so lost and confused about my order. I waited for half an hour for 2 combos. they even had me pull forward after being at the window for 10minutes because they didnt asked me if I wanted my chicken crispy or grilled. When I said grilled they asked me to pull up. Someone seriously needs to go in and fix this place. I will definitely not be going back.

Food is great. Unfortunately there is always one heck of a line here and they are slow. We always end up getting a discount because of how slow and understaffed they are and how long we have to wait. And it doesnt matter if you go in to the dining room. Wait time is still about the same. Food and ice cream is awesome. Just the wait times suck. 5 star food 1 star wait. 3 stars for the discount.

Management was terrible. Service was terrible. All the tables were filthy. They let the crew member clock out before they even fulfilled our order, therefore, causing it to be made wrong many times. Crew members were behind the counter before they were even in their uniform. Overall their service was horrible and we would have much rather of had another restaurant that was across the street.

Have been coming to this DQ. For about 8 months now i was able to get an artic freeze only 1 time. They tell me the machine isnt working. They have been without it for months.. this is very poor busines management. Down equipment should be repaired and or replaced promptly, to avoid loss of profit, not to mention a greater loss, the lostof customers. Very poor business decisions! :(

Service is horrible. They turned my blizzard upside down and half of it fell out, because it was melted from our 15 minute wait for one blizzard. The crew and manager were all very rude when asked if they could just remake it and when something was said about their rudeness, their reply was, "Well, were kind of busy." Then, they shut the window in my face. I wouldnt recommend eating here.

I am here maybe one Sunday a month. Service is generally great and people are cool. My one issue (and its probably why I dont go there more often) is that the floors are staff uniforms are always dirty.....just very messy...and just seens unsanitary at times. But the team seems great and friendly. Just keep the place clean....

This place needs better management! We wont eat at this Dairy Queen, we usually go to Columbus or Westport to eat at Dairy Queen. This one is usually dirty, floors are always sticky, tables are rarely cleaned, food all over the floor. Food is okay, just a dirty restaurant!

The food wasnt bad, but the service was horrible, the prices on their sign dont match what they charge you, and watch out for the soda fountain it will spray right up your arm and all over the front of you

Warm food is good. ice cream and service is usually decent to good. The Oreo Blizzards are never made right here at this location, though. Every other DQ does. They have improved overall though.
