We went in about 7:30 tonight. We had to stand there for about 10 mins to even place our order. Stood there for another 15 mins to get our food. Took it back to the table to sit down an eat an thats when it got bad. Every bit of our food was ice cold. It was just nasty. Other people had came in an had to wait for 20 mins to order. There was a lady that had ordered about 30 mins before us ariving threw drive threw. Was curbed for over 30 mins an had been told it would only be 3 mins. She had to come in an complain about it. All they wanted to do was give her some little cakes... They didnt even give her all of her food. Back behind the counter was a complete mess. Chicken laying everywhere. I will never eat there again. The owners need to do something about their employees. Clean house people an fix your restront!!!!

Wish there was a thumbs down button. This place cant get an order right. Husband ordered a large box of liver, they put it on a plate and it was obvious it wasnt a large. He took it baking up, the girl got mad, took tell plate and dumped it in a box. It didnt come close to being a large box of liver. However, the folks behind us ordered a large box of liver and it was full. To make matters worse, two pieces werent done. I ordered backed chicken, it was so dry I couldnt chew it. I just tossed it. They obviously couldnt handle the crowd that was there and they were messing up everyones order. This would be a good place to start a KFC.

Good grilled chicken but not all cuts were available. Mash taters good, coleslaw excellent. Fish had been reheated so much it could have bounced off the floor, terrible. I come back to this store after long periods of time hoping things will change but management cant seem to keep fresh food available. People seem to be nice. If your going to Seymour or Columbus Id say wait until you get there. Its a roll of the dice here

The website says they are open till 10 pm on Saturday. Drove in town got there 8: 40 they hardly had anything and really did not want to even take our order said they where closing at 9:00pm and was locking the door so no one else could get in cause they did not want to be there all night .May be they had the right time people would not waste there time going there .

Didnt get all the food we ordered and the food was nasty. The chicken and the coleslaw was cold and hard. Plus the batter on my chicken was not done all the way and my grandmas was overcooked. The tables were not clean and the "sweet tea" was not sweet at all, it tasted disgusting. Plus the chicken legs were very very small, compared to other KFCs Ive been to.

Went through the drive-thru. Nice and friendly service. Sides were good. Chicken and biscuits were dry, like they had been sitting a long time and we only got 5 wings, 2 drumsticks and 1 thigh. We didnt get the correct specified chicken. Spoke to the manager Faye, she was very nice and will be replacing our dinner at our next visit.

A combination of KFC and Long John Silvers there is always something delicious cooking. A generally friendly staff and decent pricing makes this a good option for groups large and small. The only issues I ever have here are the wait and the grease used is not always right so the food is sometimes too dark or to light.

Again I dont know because this is the first time I ate at the North Vernon franchise LJS but comparing it to Scottsburg LJS my chicken looks like chicken fingers in comparison .For 13.00 dollars they could have at least put some those cracklings in bottom of tray..just saying..BUT POT PIES ARE OUT OF THIS WORLD

Very inconsistent sometimes its great, other times I wonder why I went hear. You never know if youre going to get your food really quick or if youre going to be the only person at the window for 15 minutes, waiting and hoping they get it right. When its good its good when its bad its usually pretty bad.

This KFC location is one of the best I only give it four stars because they are out of something every time we are there but they always make up for it with something else they are always very nice to all of their customers and are very fast getting your food to you.

Very dirty dining area. Did not have have all the food I ordered, and instead of telling me or offering a substitute , they just didnt give me the entire meal. I see them doing to others as well.
