We went to the one in Kokomo ,IN. We call ahead and got a time. we got there about 15 min, no problem, but 45 min later after the time, we were seated the server took the order for drinks and a blooming onion, drinks came fairly soon, onion did not. We place our order for the main meal, and let them know my husband sister was 90 and she was a diabetic. We waited and waited for the meal, twice we ask and even reminded them that one person wad a diabetic, no one offer to bring anything for her, finally 3 hrs after sitting down the meal came. My husband and my steaks were STONE cold, the other meals were almost warm, at this point we told them to cancel my husband and my orders. Finally someone said they would not charge us for my husband and my order, and take 10% off the bill. The point is no one really said they sorry or ofter to bring my sister law any type of food, not even crackers. We see my husband family twice a year, at this point we will not go back to this Outback again. All this happen Jan of this year, I wanted to wait before I posted anything because we were very upset with how the whole dinner went.

My husband and I just left this establishment excellent service very professional very courteous. I ordered a Parmesan crusted chicken dinner and it came with a lot of broccoli LOL however it was extremely spicy more than I could handle. They were kind enough to take it back and make a new one even though I hate to do that in restaurants I just couldnt eat it it was so spicy but they explain to me that a lot of their foods do have some kick to them so its good for anybody going in if youre not aware ask them about their Cajun seasoning before you order food even the deep fried mushrooms had a lot of kick however they were still delicious. Once the Remake on the chicken it was delicious as well I would say its an excellent place to go to eat just check about the spices before you order! Management was right on top of things. My husband ordered a ribeye 12 oz medium rare he said it was cooked exactly the way he wanted it and his whole meal was delicious he was so fully couldnt even finish it all.

Ive been here four times and each time the service got worse. The last visit was incredibly awful in an epic way. We didnt get any service for the first ten minutes. Then the food was really late and they were missing the sides. They didnt come out earlier to ask if we wanted something else. They just brought out these burned steaks late and said they were out of potatoes. Whats funny is a manager came by and said what can I get you now. The offer of something quick which is always nice when the service is so bad. We said, hey how about some hot coffee? My dad got half a cup of cold coffee after begging for it. The manager said, "Sure I can do that." Then she disappeared for the rest of the night and no coffee cold or otherwise ever came. Their excuse for running out of food and being slow? They didnt expect to get busy during the week. With such awful service and food Im not surprised they were surprised to be busy.

Took my daughter for a meal prior to seeing a movie. Were seated, no one brought water. for over 15 minutes or even recognized that we were there waiting. The time was 4:15, very few people in the restaurant. A waiter was intently serving the booth across from us, two times asked how they were doing and speaking to them about his student loans for college. We continued to wait, no response that we were even there. Finally I got up, walked to the bar where three other workers were enjoying a chat with one another, asked WHO is my waiter. When I found out it was in fact the college loan student, I turned around, walked to my table, got my daughter and left, with one of the bar maids asking us to take our drink orders.....I took my business elsewhere. I rated a one star only because I dont have the ability to post this comment without it, or I would give none. I wont be back.

Waited 2hrs. First order they ran out of and we had to change order. No problem so we ordered again. Menu describes perfectly the difference between rare, med rare, med and med well. We ordered med rare. Order shows up med well. Asked the waitress what see thought and said looks med well. Wifes potato had a hard black spot she cut out of it. She got the manager who apologized and said we didnt have to pay for the meal. He hoped our next experience is better. I explained we were going to be late after spending 2hrs to get to this point. We left hungry and stuck with a $50 gift card. Proportions seem small for the price including potato and salad was small. Way over rated. Wish I could give a zero feedback.

EVERY time we eat there someones steak is not cooked to order, and usually isnt when they get it back either. I saw a waitress crying, and our waitress kept trying to have a conversation about haw bad her boss is when we were trying to eat and order. Instead a "free appetizer on your next visit" for getting our steaks wrong or taking it off the bill, The manager brings us out a dessert, but it was half the normal size than the usual serving. We didnt want it and we were full because they bring you a new potato everytime they bring you a new steak. They just keep going down hill.

We got there between 530-630pm. Weekend day. No one waiting in front of us. Multiple hostesses & manager standing around. They asked us if we were interested in sitting at a high top at the bar. I said I preferred a booth in regular dining. They said tables would have to be cleared. We waited abt 10 mins before manager informed us that there were a couple booths in bar area. What annoyed me was that there were tables to be cleared but in the time it took to get a bar table no one seemed concerned to get said tables cleared off. Managers and hostesses can clear tables.

The food was REALLY good. Steaks were made to order and everything was nice and hot when it got to our table. The host never brought us the booster seat and we had to snag silverware from an empty table near us. The beer we ordered never came. Waitress was really slow at coming around when we were clearly ready for our check. Manager happened by our table and apologized. They were having some staffing issues. She more than made up for the inconveniences we experienced. Well be back.

Told us 25-30 on a Saturday, ended up being a hour. People that got there after us like 30 minutes got sat before us so we go up and ask why. The "manager" with the huge bald spot on his head just blew us off, just great customer service...not. So we waited the hour and figured whats another 10-15 mins. Thank you old unprofessional bald spot manager for a bad experience at outback, cooks did ok.
