I am livid right now, and have already called corporate. My husband and I placed a carry out order for $51 and did not receive any of my 8 sauces, and they only put 4 mozzarella sticks in my box that cost $8. So when we called to let them know, the hostess put us on hold for 15 minutes, then returns to the phone and replies "what do you want me to do?" So we go back to restaurant, which is 15 minutes to our house, (which means its been 30m since we got our food) and the GM tell us all he can do, is give us our sauces, and a $5 gift card, and an instruction sheet on how to reheat our food. So by the time we got back home, we had already had our food in our hands for over 45 minutes and now have to cook at home. Worst customer service ever. Will NEVER return to this location. The GM Ian doesnt care about his customers.

I would not do take out here ever again. My first experience the chicken had barely sauce on it and they were cut in half, so breading was only on 3/4 of the chicken. I called and got credit. The second time around my wife picked it up. It had a checked by sticker to ensure the order was good. Well, wing sauce was everywhere in the bag and there was no Ranch, blue cheese or celery for any of by 3 orders of wings. BW3 has become a kid spot destination. Its the Chucky Cheese of wing places, with kids running around at dinner. I went in there and the girl apologized because that they were slammed because there were so many games on TV. Well I thought it was a sports bar? I will still go to meet friends or have a beer. But never again take out. I hope management retools their ways at this location.

Just had the worst customer service experience. I placed an order online via their website yesterday for a pick up time of 6:40 p.m. I arrived at 6:30 just to be early, I was the only person at the take out counter-sat for 30 minutes before asking again about my order. The cashier at pickup told me that I should have scheduled my pick up 10 minutes before my desired time since their computers are 10 minutes slow...what!?!? How am I supposed to know that? If you have online ordering, you should have a schedule to keep or post appropriately so your customers have an ideal experience to continue the desire to come to your restaurant. She said there was nothing she could do about it and the manager was aware of the flaw- no apology, no monetary credit, nothing. Very disappointing, BWWs.

I have no idea what all the bad reviews are about--Ive always had good service, never had to wait to be seated (though I do happen to go at strange times) and have received about the most consistent food from BWW compared to many similar places. Of course the food is not fine dining, people shouldnt expect a chain restaurant like this to be any more gourmet than Applebees or Fridays (both of which have delivered inconsistent food and more frequently negative experiences than BWW) but it is quite undeserving of the harsh treatment its received here. Maybe people just dont think to post reviews unless something bad happens. Time to buck that trend.

my mom took me there for my birthday and what i experienced was awful. i ordered the mac n cheese think it would be a normal mac n cheese. i was wrong. WAY wrong. what i was served was pasta that had been covered in buffalo sauce and toped with cheese that looked to be taken from a very old greaser and i could feel as if it was microwaved. my brothers meal was way to spicy and my guy friend had a small burger for 9.99. my moms wings were basically flooded with buffalo sauce and we had to take them home to drown out. waiter was very nice though, but i will never go back there again unless i wanted overpriced food

My experiences from this place are generally bad. The takeout line is always behind and when dinning in you wait an extra 45 to 60 minutes to get your food. Today was the worst by far though, I waited and hour and a half for my food, even though the people who sat after me were getting their food. After speaking to the manager a couple of time my food finally came out but it was cold, poorly sauced, and they messed up half of my order. The manager didnt do anything about that too, what is worse. All together this place is pretty bad for a Buffalo Wild Wings, the waiters however are very nice.

Horrible service. The host that sat us looked high out of his mind and acted like it was a burden to seat us then sat us at a table that hadnt been wiped and trash picked up from the seat, it wasnt busy at all yet took 20 minutes for someone to take the drink order, 45 minutes to get out food that wasnt hot or cooked all the way through nor what was asked for on it, little miss Tammy was asked 3 times for dressing for my wifes salad, and was late of refills and was rushing us to leave. Its not our fault they took so long with everything. Seriously horrible.

Out of the numerous times Ive been here, I had a decent experience tonight. Its Friday, thinking it would be busy, its not. We checked out the bar, and there was a table available. About 10-15 minutes in, they asked if we wanted drinks. 5 minutes later the waitress brought our drinks & took our order. It took about 30 minutes - which is practical - to bring our food out . The fries were cold, but the wings were delicious & had a lot of sauce on them Overall , I come here for the basketball games & wings, however, their service could be a bit better.

Went to Buffalo Wild wings with a group of 9 people and waited for at least 1 hour for the food to be ready. The food wasnt bad but service overall was horrible. The waiter also rounded up the check and gave me about 30 cents less money without asking me, which isnt much but I wish he at least would of asked. There was also no apology for the long wait. I will not return to this restaurant again and do not recommend it to anyone who wants food in a reasonable amount of time.

Always poor service. Tried to do a carryout order, called at 430 for a 530 pickup. Got there a few minutes early to find out it had not been started. Wasnt ready until 5:55 and was wrong, took until 612 and manager came out swiped card and took $9 off a 70+ order . He never apologized or acknowledged the situation. Multiple other people having same issues and they were not busy in the dining room. Their hostess were bored twirling rags and on their cell phones socializing.

Discriminatory seating practices. We stood in line today for 25 minutes even though there were seats available. Based on my count, there were 29 empty seats at entirely empty tables, while the servers failed to seat the 27 people in line. The managers need to get their act together, and get customers seated more quickly. They are making disgruntled customers and missing out on sales that they could be making if people were seated.
