Pizza was ok but nothing to shake a stick at and the beer selection was solid. Service was terrible, getting a drink was like an act of God (was told we could not order drinks from the bartender bc we already had a sever but our server forgot he had a job) and the place wasnt crowded for a Satuerday night and its easy to see why. In the span of 1.5 hours we got served exactly two drinks and thats just about how many times we saw our server (not an exaggeration) "Can someone get these guys some beer!?" ~completely random lady sitting next to us Ive been here 10-15 time before but will not be going back unless its for a USA mens soccer game and even then Ill probably still be like nah

We sat by the kitchen, and frankly, everything that came out looked great, but I can only personally speak for the pizza and chips/queso. Pizza was excellent. Extremely filling. Queso was hearty and flavorful. Basically, what I would expect of quality pub food + a little extra. Great selection of beers on tap. Only reason not giving 5 stars, is because we waited 15 or 20 minutes for service after sitting down. I am pretty confident it was an isolated incident though, because afterwards service was spectacular.

This pub has some vibrant energy and is always busy. Its easy to stop off for a quick drink before hitting the avenue. The food Ive had has been good and moderately priced for a sit down option. It comes slower than youd expect, even being busy, but it feels like they do it to let your jabber away with your mates. It can feel a bit cramped and the sitting situation makes it awkward more often than not with others sitting around you. As someone else mentioned, not very English of an English bar

I was born in England and I visit. If you think this is a British pub, you have lost your cogs. They only have one British ale: Boddingtons. In a can. Really? The ******* PBR of the UK. Well done. Oh, and fries are fries and chips are potato chips. Even poser pubs dont make this mistake. Union Jack just isnt even trying. Despite internalizing my frustrations and staying cheery, the runner-up waiter was rude. Cheers, savages.

It wasnt bad, but there isnt really anything British about it. The only British thing I saw on the menu was fish and chips and they werent beer battered like youd expect. Beer list is pretty good but again not a lot thats really British. A fine place to have a beer and watch a soccer game and the food is fine but its nothing special.

Pizza was fantastic and absolutely loaded with toppings. Great atmosphere for Football Games (Both American and European) and the beer selection is fantastic. Served by bartenders that truly know their craft. I travel an hour and a half to get their food. Tried the Reuben, Deep Dish Pizza, and Pub Burger. All fantastic.

We tried their signature pizza. I am not sure if they forgot the sauce all together or what. The pizza was dry. It was a very thick crust. The queso and salsa was very good. We lost our waiter a few times. We had to find someone to get us refills and our check because our waiter disappeared. The restaurant was dead.

This is my favorite deep dish pizza in Indianapolis. Usually the pizza is out within 45 minutes. They also have good soups and a sufficient beer list to say the least. I have not had other food on the menu, but I have heard good things from friends. It is also the best spot in Broad Ripple to watch a soccer game.

Went in at 6:40p.m. July 4th, 2017. The short woman bartender was extreamly rude. She needs to be fired immediatly... I come here at least once a week. not anymore. Ill never set foot in that place again. She didnt even know how to say hello or happy 4th of July. Just a simple but rude "what is your order???"

Their pizza is second to none. I always get the House Deluxe. Every time I get there pizza, I just keep craving more. Definitely up there with my other two fav pizza spots (Baz and South of Chicago). Their beer selection definitely stands out as well, not to mention consistently excellent service.

One of the oldies but goodies in Broad Ripple. They always have a great rotating menu of craft beer options. They have always had good vegetarian options, but recently have added a whole menu of really creative vegan options. Seriously, give the pulled jackfruit bbq and the seitan buffalo wings a try!

Comfortable surroundings, friendly and attentive waitstaff, delicious pizza pie (crust top and bottom with toppings in between), generously sized soft drink glasses. Great place for pizza. Limited amount of free parking available behind the place. Would definitely go here again.

Tried to order the flat bread, was told that wasnt a good idea. Asked about the soup of the day, told it was made 4 days earlier. Should have been a sign to leave; ordered a burger anyway. Got food poisoning. I wish this all were a joke. Id leave negative stars if possible.

Grew up south of Chicago and love deep dish Chicago Style pizza. We have lived in indy for 30 yrs and gotten Union Jacks in the past and really loved it. Ordered because CUBS are WINNING and it was AWFUL tonight!! Hate wasting money and calories on bad food. So sad.

This place is not what it used to be. The service at this place was terrible, and that is putting it nicely. Not only did they give part of our parties food to another table, they did not even give us a discount. The only postive thing about this place is the beer.

Ive been to this place twice, its well worth the plane ride out here. Great stuffed Pizza. Nice beer selection, for the midwest, including Strongbow ON TAP! If youre at GenCon, and you have a car, make the trip. Oh, and the stuffed pizza is worth the 40 minute wait.

Decent selection of beer. The deep dish pizza here is really good. Parking can be an issue but its not specific to Union Jacks. Its a Broad Ripple issue. The raised seating area by the bar is really nice especially when the weather is good and the windows are open.

A tranquil place to eat. Small cafe but in the middle of luxury apartment complex. Security access required. Great food court outside with walls lined with flat screens. Talibah was great. Thank you for your customer service at 100%

Moved to Indy from NW Indiana and could not find a decent pizza place to save my life. Union Jacks Pizza is the best around. If you are looking for real pizza and an impressive selection of beer give it a try.

Excellent brewpub, great atmosphere. The stuffed pizza is incredible; the best Ive had outside Chicago. Service was passable, but we went for lunch, so I wouldnt expect much more.

Went earlier after work on a Friday, things were fairly quiet, service was good and a very solid beer selection of 15 or 20 beers on tap. Would return just for the beer list.
