Very rude bartenders and wait staff! Have any of them actually been trained in customer service...ever? Its hard to explain the kind of attitude you will get from the employees... its something you will have to experience for yourself if your into complete rudeness and utter disrespect from your wait staff. The food needs a lot of improvement. Typical bar food, fried everything almost. Cost is a bit high even for bar food. But again... it all goes back to the service. They need to hire new people. People who know what they are doing and know how to treat customers. I will not be going back any time soon. Dont waste your time or money at this place. Lots of other places to go in downtown that are nicer, cheaper and have friendly wait staff and bartenders!

Im not sure if the bartenders and wait staff could be any more rude?? They really seem like they simply dont care. They are snappy and have attitudes. I have given them several chances and each time is the same. I can understand someone having a bad day but the entire staff? And on several different occasions? Im not sure what the owner is thinking by hiring staff like this. The food needs much improvement and is probably some fo the worste bar food I have had in my life. Dry, flavorless and the portion sizes are small. The price is 5 times more than it should be for such poor quality food and service. Dont waste your time with this place in my opinion.

Lets see...we came in before the concert & find out specials are not available due to the concert. We then get to hear a 10 minute complaint by the server on how she doesnt agree with managements decisions. Ordered what was recommended, requested medium on the burger & ribeye and both were well done. The best part was we were told they dont have butter...REALLY! Not a place we would recommend nor will ever return to. $35 for two cocktails a burger & steak sandwich...again, REALLY! We want some of the drugs these people are on!

I wanted to give this place more stars because the food is good. The staffing, not so much. They turned up the music so loud no one in the place could hear themselves talk. Then they proceeded to forget they were at work and start dancing, taking pics and doing shots blatantly behind the bar. On top of it all, I had to reorder my beer three different times because they didnt have most beer in stock. Was annoying and disappointing....

Thought about eating here when downtown the other day. Saw the "no gun" sign on the door and walked away. Had you not had that ignorantly biased sign on your door, you would have gained my business, pocketed my money, and would have had no idea I had a pistol under my shirt (which is for my protection as well as yours). Hang your sign, thats your choice as a business owner. Just know that 2nd amendment advocates make choices as well.

This bar has great food at a great price. The M-80 shrimp was probably the best appetizer I have ever ordered from bar. Good drink specials for a downtown bar. Great location with outdoor patio seating. I would recommend this bar to anyone looking for a nice bar to eat and hangout at downtown.Perfect spot to grab some food and drinks before or after a downtown event. Plenty of flat screen TVs and is non-smoking since law was passed...

We stopped in during GenCon. The service was ok, but it took way to Long to get our food and when we did get our food it was very gross. Dont order the sampler, or the quesadilla, or the chips and salsa for that matter....they ran out of salsa and gave us what they called queso, but I think it was just cream of mushroom soup. We didnt pay for our food, but I would hate for someone else to have the bad experience we did.

Bartenders are very rude. The food is poor at best and taste worse than any bar food I have ever had. Service is ok but again...the staff seems quite rude. Its like they dont want to be there. The price of items is very high compaired to other simular places. There are other bars to choose from so dont waste your time here unless you want really rude service and bad food.

Tired of finding that my receipt has been altered when I receive my credit card statement. They apparently feel I did not leave a sufficient amount for a tip. An 18% tip when I get up and get my own food from the buffet is more than adequate. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times now. I will not be going back. Check your records. Pay with cash only.

Standard bar and pub food that is nothing exceptional. This restaurant does have the advantage of being one of the closest to Bankers Life Fieldhouse, but it is accordingly packed on Pacers game days. Nothing really stood out to me here, good or bad. Wouldnt recommend it unless youre going to an event at Bankers Life Fieldhouse.

Do not order the buffalo chicken sandwich. It is TWO chicken strips on a plain bun with nothing. Order the chicken strips which is THREE times the amount of chicken strips for less money. What a rip off.
