I wish I could give this place negative stars, so that the stars from the other reviews could be subtracted out of the equation. I was so angry after this meal, thinking of the great leftovers I had in my fridge that seemed so good after I went here. The relatively good rating I saw prior to coming was the reason why I went for dinner on a Saturday. Bad, terribly BAD. All the food was coated in sugary, dyed sauce to disguise the crappy quality of the food underneath. The sushi was my particular interest but I had to stand there a while staring until I found 2 tiny pieces in the whole spread that had actual fish on them. The rest was a sloppy mess, lumpy balls of rice tangled with imitation crabmeat, cheese, and/or avocado is the best description I could give. Mayo dyed in red coated some of the other pieces I tried. Is even real sriracha too expensive for this place? The wakame tasted good but strange. When I looked more closely, found out that half of it was dyed green noodles! I tried 5 other dishes and all were so bland that I dont remember what they were. Only the chicken with broccoli was good enough to get a second helping. And, to boot, Ive rarely been to a place where they mess up even the soups. Here, there were only 2 soups where most buffets have at least 3 and nowadays many have 5-6. They were sitting open with no cover, no hood over the top, in the kind of crock pots people usually have at home. Had the hot and sour soup and there was absolutely NO flavor whatsoever, and pieces of eggshell inside. Sad. I was looking for an upgrade from Hibachi Grill down the street and turns out, I could do worse. All I can say is that the service here is better, they are quite nice. But Im sorry, with that food Ill never be back.

This is supposed to be an all you can eat buffet. It has crab legs on the bar and that is why we went there. They put 10 crab legs out, 5 for me and 5 for my son. Asked if they were going to be bringing anymore out. Tells us we had enough that we already took 50.00 worth. I said I thought this was all you can eat. Well they only put out according to what they want to on the crab legs. If that is the case, they need to specify that it is an all you can eat bar except for the crab legs and youre only allowed so many. That is why most people go to these places. I will not be back because it is not worth the money if you are looking to get crab legs. We spent 35.47 for three people and my son was still hungry when we left. Manager has very poor business ethics. all you can eat according to their specifications. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

We chose this buffet because its close to the highway. We were very dissapointed with the food it was cold and very limited selection. We ordered 3 coffees and the coffee was serve in a different kinds of coffee cups. What is more disgusti ng about is these coffee cups were so dirty looking. It has some stains all around the cups and what we suspect was it was not properly been clean. And of course they charge us $5 something cents for that gross coffee. Also when my husband wanted to try their ice cream the bucket full of water for the spoon was so disgusting. There are some particles floating in the water. These restaurant would not pass for the inspection becaus of there dirty utensils and vents..Over all it was not worth eating in this place.

A mi me gusta mucho la comida de el restaurante. Yo come un sushi, y yo di mi mama "Delicioso!" Yo paso mucho tiempo en el restaurante porque la comida es muy sabroso. Yo nunco busco el restaurante mas hermosa y bonita. Los decarraciones esta gordo! Fabuloso siempre! Wo xi huan sushi. This food is spectacular. Bon appettite!!!

This little gem is a staple for our family. I bet we eat here 2 times a month! Its inexpensive to fill up 2 growing boys with decent quality, tasty food. The sushi rivals many of the area sushi bars and the food is almost always the same recipe. The ice cream for dessert is a great way to send you off. The staff is always friendly and courteous. They are very patient to deal with the mess that kids often make and will readily clear away plates and offer refills. The food is the general Chinese fare with some mixed in southern cooking and sushi. A decent salad bar with fresh fruit is always well stocked. This is the best Asian inspired buffet on the south side of Indy.

LOVE the sushi bar! My co-worker & I go there every Tuesday to get our sushi fix. Especially since its under $10, you cant beat it! They always have the standard california & philly rolls, but every week they offer various what I would call "specialty rolls." Lots have cream cheese, some are deep fried, some are just veggie and its all usually very fresh. The staff is also friendly. :-) Highly recommended to fellow sushi lovers on a budget! I have sampled a few other things from the other buffet areas and those have all been good too...especially the peanut chicken. Lots of seafood options even at lunchtime as well. Check them out!

Im not big on reviewing bit as far as buffet style Asian food this is the spot your appetite is looking for on the south side. There is a guy making fresh sushi in a little island. Nope not the extra plain kind you think they pulled out of a freezer somewhere. This kind is good for a buffet complete with the secret sauce and fish garnishes. They also have some very unique unplain non standard buffet items that will have you trying things youve never had. I will echo the other persons love for the peanut chicken. I 3rd plated that!

The food isnt very good and the staff are rude and seemed to busy talking to each other to refill drinks and when we was seated we asked for a high chair and got one then a another waitress come by and told us that the high chair was in the way of the walk way it was pulled against the table cuz shes 7mos old and said we had to put her in the car seat in the booth HEY TOKYO BUFFET WE WILL NEVER BE IN YOUR WAY AGAIN!!! Ive never been in as bad of a place in Indy avoid at all costs!

Worst buffet meal ever!!!! My husband and I decided to give this little "gem" a try based off of friends recommendations. The food was honestly some of the worst food I have ever eaten at a restaurant. Everything was bland and had no flavor, cold, and the sushi was the worst I have ever had. I felt like I had a rock in my stomach after I ate here and fought the urge to throw up for an hour. Avoid this place at all cost. No where near the 35.00 we paid for the Sunday buffet.

Great service, even when theres a crowd. The staff is friendly and often remember you even if you come in infrequently. Refills and table cleanings are often and courteous. Buffet selection is great for a facility of its size. Fresh offerings are brought out at reasonable intervals. The facility is clean and problems are tended to in quick order. Everyone is approachable and easy to talk with if you have questions about a particular dish or concerns about a potential allergy.
