Me my husband and daughter went to the stall before we made a quick trip to the grocery store. We pushed the red button and waited. A girl came on and said sorry about your wait. Very pleasant. So then my husband goes to order his meal. She asks the side. He says tots and a large coke for the drink. Then he goes to order my meal and says a number 7. Well we discussed before pushing the button i wanted just the hotdog and was gonna get a separate side and drink. Well as he ordered my number 7. I didnt want to rudly interrupt so he goes to tell her just the hotdog. That i changed my mind because i thought it was silly to seperate everything and not just combo it. Well the lady rudly keeps talking over my husband as he tells her that we wanted the combo. So goes ok well your total is. My husband says wait wait thats not all because we had yet to order my daughters meal. She gets off the thing. He goes hello hello. No sound she had the nerve not to change our number 7 to a combo just keep it a regular hotdog and have only my husbands combo. The most awful experience and i will never give another dollar of ours to sonic in the future as that was very rude and unprofessional. So we left trying to find a window to confront someone which there is not unless it is drive thru. I didnt want to call the buissness because i would probably just talk to some high school manager. I really hope this letter gets in the right hands as i was very disgusted with my service. This was not the first time i had a very rude experience here but not this awful. You need better employees. Ones that actually want a job and care about there job not a paycheck. Customer service is always #1. And the impression you get will determine the amount of customers you get in retur

If I could give this place " 0 stars" I would. we live Far East and drove all the way out south just to have sonic. We got there around 11pm, we went to order from eating area and they said no one can order from the stales or eating area because they were short staffed and could only go through the drive through. The inside of the place was terrible. Food and junk all over the floor. Once we got our drink they were the wrong size. We had no straws or spoons and ketchup or even napkins. The girl serving us had an attitude once we told her wrong size. Then the food came. We ordered a foot long hot dog which was actually just 2 small hotdogs on one bun. Our burger was REALLY COLD!! The cheese on the burger was not melted AT ALL!! When we told them they said the cheese will never melt (but weve eaten there enough to know better) On one of our drink we seen a lip print, we asked about it and the guy working there said it was from mixing the drinks....it was CLEARLY lip gloss with sparkles on it. To top all of this off.....at 11:58 they turned all the lights off outside where about 8 people were sitting out there eating. How rude??!! Thats like going To Texas Roadhouse and as soon as they close they turn off all lights to leave you eat in the dark. WASTE OF TIME!! Im pissed!! Sorry!!

I really wanted to love this place but after 3 chances I have to leave a review. The first time was shortly after they opened. We waited in the drive-thru for 45 minutes. When we got home 2 of our bacon cheeseburgers were missing the bacon. The second time I ordered 2 kids meal and my meal. I was given 1 cheeseburger and my meal. They ended up correcting the order and giving us the extra cheeseburger. Today I tried again. I ordered 2 plain cheeseburger kids meals and my meal. Ordering was a huge pain and I almost left then. I would order one thing and then she would ask me to wait several minutes before continuing my order. I got my food and got home only to realize my plain CHEESEBURGERS were missing the only thing I asked for...the cheese. Im done going here. Which stinks because the food is pretty good and the specials they have are enticing.

Drive across town,order at the drive thru gal at window gives me the wrong food. I look at items in bag inform her it is wrong order. She gets my order and hands it to me...I check to make sure I have right items. Drive back home and everyone opens their sandwiches to find burned,greasy bacon on everything...?? I go back,try to get food corrected...the manager tells me if I have no reciept I am out of luck!! The gal never gave me a receipt,she gave me wrong order and I corrected her.... check your food and be sure to get a receipt,otherwise your SOL!!!! New Sonic location to our area...they need some help!! Now hiring signs everywhere!! Not impressed...Dog n Suds was way better!!!!!

First time we came here it was great fast service and great food. But after that first time weve had nothing but problems with the service. Theyve brought us a chili cheese tots instead of a fork, this time we sat there at 2 different stales for 20 minutes had to hit the button 3 to 4 times per stale had to call to have someone take our order, had to have my daughters cheeseburger remade 3 times. Everytime we go the service seems to get a little worse. We went for a quick lunch I was hoping around 30 minutes no we sat there for an hour.

Customer service was great but the food was a disappointment, tasted like the food was left overs from the day before. Just spent 30 dollars n fed most it to my two dogs, coming from Louisiana made me want sonic again but I am very disappointed. Hamburger buns felt like rubber, the patty didnt taste like beef n they slapped a bunch of mayo on it, the popcorn chicken was hard like a rock n the onion rings were very cold. Never again will I go to sonic in Greenwood In. and waste my time

If your going to have Chicago dogs on your menu. Make them right! The relish isnt the bright green relish your supposed to use and the footlong doesnt have a poppy seed bun. My kids cheeseburger meals both had a hard stale bun and the burger looked like they found it on the floor under the grill. We apparently got the last 3 burgers they had. $30 later feeding my family of 4 and we were all disappointed. Only good thing about this place is their drink selection.

Just like the previous post. My first ever sonic order was wrong and missing items. The second time around the order was missing items and the drive thru employee upon handing my wife her receipt pretty much threw it in the car. We were not impressed and probably wont go back to that location. It appears that restaurants from other cities and states that franchise here get screwed by the people they hire. Hopefully Portillios will not be as disappointing.

Not sure why I keep coming back here. I want it to be good I guess. Ive been here maybe 4 times and Im yet to have a complete order. The last time I went they forgot both of my sides for my meals and my drinks were filled to the very top with ice. I took 4 drinks and the cup was empty. Always a long line and always a disappointment.
