These folks are awesome. My boyfriend and I went to this location while on vacation a couple weeks ago. The customer service was lacking and the chocolate wasnt great. My boyfriend sent an email to their website explaining our experience, and he received email responses promptly apologizing for the bad experience. A few days later he also received a handwritten letter from the president of the company apologizing for the experience and telling us they had rectified the situation. And today fedex dropped off a box of chocolate. This company has gone above and beyond to apologize for what I now assume was a fluke. We will definitely go back the next time we are Indianapolis.

DO NOT eat their frozen yogurt!!! 1. The frozen yogurt section was completely unattended. Theres a cash register in the store, but no one worked in there. There were no signs telling us to pay in the chocolate store. 2. They do not have sample cups to try to flavors 3. The fruit toppings were moldy. When I brought this to the workers attention, she didnt seem to care. I had to ASK her to check the other fruits, for some reason it didnt occur to her to go check on the completely unattended store..... 4. The cookie topping was stale. This place doesnt even deserve one star.

Crappy service today. I usually buy $30 worth of chocolate once a month since I fly into Indy about every 30 - 45 days. I was waiting to be waited on by this young b***** to get my usual chocolate order and she felt that it was more important to ignor customers standing in front of the chocolate counter and fill up bins than to ask what we might want. When she filled the last bin and went back to close the box I walked off. NEVER AGAIN. DONE. Your hiring practices obviously suck!

Even though it was nearing closing time, the hour that most employees are tired and less friendly, the man working was amazingly nice and made us feel extremely welcome. The coffee was good and the truffles delicious. The truffle that stuck out to me was the Earl Grey, it was smooth with a delicate earl grey flavor, I feared it would be bitter like cream-less tea but it exceeded my expectations!This is a charming hole in the wall type place. Thumbs up.

Treat for your sweet tooth! Great place for chocolate, ice cream and milkshakes! The service is quick but the desserts are slightly pricey. The location is a big plus as you can hang out with your loved ones after a meal and walk around downtown. Love their chocolate eruption cheesecake (I am drooling writing this!) and chocolate milkshake! Definitely recommend this place! Try for yourself and enjoy your dessert! Cheers! :D

All of the local dentists love this place! If you have a sweet tooth STAY AWAY. TSBCC is a great place to take someone on a first date or 37th date: you can share a slice of cheesecake or chocolate cake, you can munch on some delicious Indiana made chocolates. Is it cold? Have the hot chocolate! Is it warm? Have the ice cream It doesnt matter what you try, you will not be disappointed! Atmosphere- A Taste- A Quality- A

Pretty standard fare and nothing too spectacular. The chocolate is all slightly dull and gray which I take to be improperly tempered or stored. I expect chocolate to be slightly shiny, with a nice snap when bit into. So I guess if you are looking to satify your sweet tooth, this will serve. As for me, I reserve the calories for something beyond mass produced.

I look forward to making a trip here again. So many things to choose from! I ordered a small grasshopper ice cream and my friend ordered a small chocolate covered cherry, each came with a malt ball and we paid less than $8, but a small is more than you get other places. Both were delicious!! I bought some fudge to take home, its so creamy. Very good prices.

1 star for not stocking lids and not making that well known BEFORE purchase. Now Im heading to my car with a open cup of hot chocolate. Other than that my drink was too sweet. Tasted like pure sugar not so much chocolate but thats just me. Some may like it that way. I wont be a repeat customer, this spot is not for me.

Wow! Very rude staff, always a line to get a dessert then another line to pay for it! And the food, i feel, isnt anything special but they charge you like it is. If im going to pay $7 for one slice of cheese cake and wait in 2 different lines for a total of 20+ minutes it had better taste good... and it didnt

An Indianapolis Indianapolis must visit. Right on the Monument Circle where the governors mansion used to be. Get an ice cream cone and sit on the steps of the monument. Watch The motorcycles and horse-drawn carriages go around the circle. A fun very cheap afternoon. Highly highly highly recommended.

Disappointed This was a 2 dip cone. I had to correct to the lady to the correct flavor on bit scoops. Very small portions. Ice cream was soupy. We were told it was just warm. Definitely not worth the 11 bucks I spent. Should have gone to steak and shake.

I was disappointed that the "hot" chocolate" was barely warm after they put refrigerated ingredients in the cup. As always I gave it a second chance and I mentioned this when I placed my order. They gave me the same result a second time. Really?

Horrible coffee drinks. Youd think they will be able to make a mocha but youd be wrong. We waited for 30 min to get a lukewarm mess with submerged cocktail cherries. Too sweet but no chocolate or coffee taste whatsoever. Go to Starbucks.

I dont know if its the best chocolate milk Ive ever had, but its very good. Plenty for everyone to drink, and a few snacks as well. Just note that seating is very limited inside, so be prepared to take your order to go.

When you visit the circle, this stop is a must. Its crowded, but grab a hot chocolate or icecream to enjoy with your friends or family, and the treat is worth the wait. Its also a nice place for a souvenir.
