Ive been here multiple tmes with family, and the food was always delicious. Tonight my husband and I went there and it was not anything like what I am used to there. First off, when they called us for our table it wasnt even done. They were still cleaning it and we had to wait in the aisle way, very awkwardly at that. When they were done and we were being seated, the seats were wet. Our waitress wasnt very attentive and was very short with us. She kept leaving our table before we were done ordering. When our food was brought out to us, it looked great, but all the meat was cold. My husband and sister both had steaks that were at medium temperature, but their sides were hot. My daughter had a hot dog that was barely warm. I had a 1/2 slab that were plainly cold, it had been cooked correctly but was cold. When we went to tell our waitress, she had left before we could tell her. We eventually got the chance to tell her, and she brought a manager. The manager had told us that there had been no complaints on temperatures of meats at all. Didnt even say sorry for the inconvenience, but did ask if our check was together or seperate. Which I felt was very rude. We went ahead and paid for the food, because we honestly just wanted them to know the food was cold. Needless to say, I will not be going back there anytime soon at all.

Everytime I go there they mess up my order. I always ask for no bacon on my salad and they always put it on there, (Some people dont eat pork). One time they pick the pork out the grilled chicken salad like there wasnt still going to be pieces in there. Last time I went there they tried to give me raw chicken with my salad. I really think their service is going down because there is too many customers, so they are not keeping up with their quality. Today is 5/21/17 me and my family went to Texas roadhouse today and the services was horrible. I asked the waitress for more rolls, we never received them I had to get up and get my own. The waitress never collected the empty roll basket or dirty plates that were on the table, she just left them and gave us are food, so I put them on the table behind us. I go to Texas roadhouse for the croutons that are on the salad, tonight they didnt have any and I wish I was informed before I ordered. The service is going down and Im sick or spending my money with a company that dont care about their customers. Sorry to say I wont be a customer anymore.

ALMOST everything is great at this Texas Roadhouse location. My family eats there at least 1-2x a month and the food is always excellent. The staff is very nice as well. The only two downfalls are the waiting room is tiny so when it is the weekend and there is a wait there is hardly anywhere to stand without being in the way. Also my number one pet peeve about this location is that the hostesses seat you before your table is ready. They will call your name and take you to the table only for it to be in the process of being cleaned or not even started. Then you have to stand there in the isle way waiting for your table to get cleaned not to mention see the filthy rag they use and then finally sit down on a wet booth/chair. Last time we were there it happened to me for the 3rd time and I sat and watched 5 other tables get seated in this fashion. I honestly feel customers would rather wait an extra 5 minutes for their name to be called then to have to go through this. Just a suggestion.

Music is always loud at these so you should expect that going in. The food was par for Texas Roadhouse. I rated this restaurant after trying it twice and in both cases the servers seemed to have no training whatsoever, getting drinks wrong, bringing rare meat out when medium was ordered (and quickly disappearing for a long time after bringing it), then disappearing for a long time after taking our dishes without offering the bill. While using the restroom I found two employees using it for a break room; they were having a fun conversation but it was unintelligible to me. I wont be back. Shockingly they were crowded on this past Sunday night...I suppose there arent many restaurant options nearby

We made a reservation for 5 people and told we had a 20-30 minute wait. We waited 60 minutes and were called up twice, each time being told the table had to be filled to accommodate another party. When we were seated at a 4 person booth they put a high chair on the end so the person was in the aisle and straddling the table pole. The food was obviously reheated after waiting another 40 minutes and then not bringing enough plates to dine with. We mentioned that the shrimp were cold and overcooked and all the waitress did in response was pick up the plate, ask "well was it okay?" , And who would get the bill. Quality and service has been better received going through the McDonalds drive thru

Our entire experience was horrible! After asking repeatedly for our salads, they finally came after our meal arrived. My sons food (who was having his last meal before flying out for boot camp tomorrow), was stone cold, and received a medium rare steak instead of the med-well he ordered. The waitress never took any dirty dishes away, or came back to ask if we needed anything. We flagged down other employees for dressing and condiments as our waitress was MIA. When the bill finally came, we were charged for an extra meal and salads!! The manager did adjust the bill, but having a nice meal was all we wanted..that unfortunately didnt happen today.

This location is 50/50 experience everytime you go. You never know how its going to go. Sometimes they are fast and good other times your food will be bad or not even correct. I will say ive had quit a few bad experiences but its the only good place around. Usually managers are very accommodating but cause they are used to the complaints. I think this will be my last time, even though the manager didnt make us pay for our meal and gave us a coupon for 2 free meals. I really think they need cooks not a bunch of teenagers and early 20s or maybe just hire people who care

I hate places that have buckets of peanuts because usually they are dirty. This particular Texas Roadhouse (TR) is very clean and maintained. Other TR locations are slow and just another chain steakhouse, with options like a Cactus Blossoms and Fried Taters to keep your mind off the bad service and watered down drinks. Not at this location, best service, prepared food (meat prepared exactly what I expected, deep fried things crisp and not soggy, asked for no onions anywhere and recieved it that way), and drinks from a chain steakhouse on the east side of Indy.

Sad, arrive to my table and my seat is wet, I dried it then sat. Peanuts are a snack at every table, not ours. Small saucers are for the rolls they bring you not ours. So I am still open to the dinning experience. Order my drinks they were awfull, told my server she laughs apologize and did nothing. We asked for extra napkins she gives us a small stack of drink napkins. My husband is eating ribs, the food was good the experience was bad. This location caught on fire years ago and rebuilt sad. Maybe? Im just saying...
