Food was decent when It finally arrived correctly on the 3rd attempt, but it was also the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. Quick summary, waitress took our order while she was on her cell phone in the middle of a call, then brings out the wrong salad to me twice. All I asked for was a salad minus two items. To show how long it took to correct the issue, my friend had their entree eaten before the third and correct salad had even come. No drink refills, and when we spoke to management about the issues, they apologized saying it was the servers second day, then walking away to never be seen again. Minutes later the server came to our table and said it was all the cooks fault in a near screaming tone. Too many great places nearby to give them another shot, especially with no attempt by management to make things right.

I can hardly believe that service this good even exists anymore. I just moved to Noblesville 2 days ago, and I was excited to find that there was an Eastern market in the area. However, after I gathered all of my groceries, and went up to the counter to pay, the machine wasnt working. The man apologized and told me to go ahead and take as much as I wanted from the store, and I could come back and pay for it later when the machine was working. Did I mention that this was my first visit to Al Basha? Im a total stranger to the man, but he still insisted on me taking whatever I wanted and returning later to pay for it. You cant get better than that when it comes to service. His trust and kindness has truly affected me.

I thought this was a very reasonably priced place to eat. The food is extremely authentic to the Mediterranean. If you are an adventurist eater this is a place you must try. The atmosphere is a little weird and appears the dining was somewhat of an afterthought to the grocery store, but I really enjoyed the food. For those that saw the movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding", I saw the waitress cleaning the table with Windex. I about fell out of my chair, dont know if it was staged that way or what.

OMG happy happy Mazza combo appetizer is a full meal (vegetarian). Lovely presentation on the plate. Falafel was perfect. Baba ghanouj was smokey and delicate. They are very generous with the pita bread. Lentil soup (buy separately) had chunks of potatoes and seasoned pita croutons. Food was very fresh and service fast and very nice. Went shopping in the market, no complaints about the prices. The restaurant area is clean and pleasant. No wait at 2p on a Monday. Ill come back for sure!

Maybe its not "organized" well, but I really enjoyed my first visit there. The staff was very helpful. When I asked about a box of tea I was thinking about purchasing, they offered to let me taste it, made me a cup, and insisted on not charging me. I thought the grocery products were more than reasonably priced and I look forward to returning. Im not sure about the owner because I didnt meet him. Its nice to have this kind of place available!

Right now, this is my absolute favorite med-cuisine spot! The food is wonderfully delicious. Pleasant greeting upon my arrival, very charming atmosphere and decor, and we had the most wonderful, attentive, and thoughtful waiter. I chose the falafel dinner, lentil soup, and hummus with raspberry tea....YUM-MY! Definitely see lunch/dinner in the near future here again (like, in a few days or less!) Can hardly wait to explore the grocery side!

Al Basha delivers a great gyro with a side of hummus, this was I think my second Mediterranean experience and it sealed that deal. I wish I was closer to this location so I can pop in real quick and get another gyro. While you are waiting for your food, they have an interesting little market to shop at and get some spices or other Mediterranean items that you wont find at your local supermarket.

Amazing food, helpful employees. First time I went here I couldnt make up my mind on what I wanted (excellent selection). I asked the waitress, and she recommended the chicken shawarma. It was fantastic. Everything Ive had their was delicious. Very nice selection in the grocery as well. Employees made a few suggestions, and I left happy, and without an empty wallet.

The Italian Beef sandwich was awesome, the Kefta sandwich, lets just say edible butI have had better....Service was attentive, shouldnt be charged for fries as they should compliment the sandwich...But oh well...nice hidden gem for the most part... the owner was very attentive as well...Will definately go back if I am stuck in this town...

My boyfriend and I love this place. There is always a lunch buffet even on weekends! Gyros, humus, and other great Mediterranean food. Always have great service. And the "cake" is ah-mazing. Some kind of almond meal cake with coconut maybe? Idk its worth the try

The restaurant side of the establishment has great gyros and Turkish food. However, we tend to visit the grocery side more often for tea, dried herbs, cookies, and other ingredients that arent easily found in the mega grocery stores. Prices are reasonable to us

Great place and good food. I was a restaurant owner for the same kind of food. I was impressed with the quality of food that was prepared mostly from scratch unlike many of the same. I have been there many times and no issues or concerns.

Had the falafel, baba ganoush, hummus, fatoush, and tabuleh. Each was amazing and unique, served with house-made pita. Easily the best Mediterranean meal Ive had. If you like this cuisine this restaurant is a must-visit.

They serve frozen food, especially the kofta kebab. And if want to know more check their refrigerator, you will find the food that they serve customers for sell too. Also, the price is very expensive too.

Prices are higher than other ethnic markets in the area. And their food isnt that wow....had much better arab food than in their restaurant. Love their bread though, i go every week to buy a bag of bread.

Everything on the menu is AWESOME!!! The buffet is a MUST as there are items not found on the menu. Their hummus sets the standard for all hummus. I have yet to find gyros that rivals theirs.
