Great food, HORRIBLE customer service. They have the best pizza we have ever had & the prices are great. We order from there probably once every 2 weeks and tip the drivers over 20% every time in cash. This time I called to order, I gave the guy on the phone my name, phone #, address, & order, & was then told to "hold on a sec". I could tell he put the phone down, I could hear the woman owner/manager talking to other people and taking order and there was a baby screaming. He clearly walked away from the phone to go do something else. I sat waiting for him to come back to the phone for 5-6 minutes before hanging up to call back. I tried calling repeatedly for over 10 minutes to give my payment info, because I was paying with my card, and to make sure my order was being placed; I kept getting the busy signal. I finally got a hold of them and at that point I wanted to cancel my order. I didnt know if my order was being made or not so my boyfriend and I decided to leave and go somewhere for dinner. They told me my order was already finished and proceeded to argue with me about the order process. The owner told me they were busy and the guy on the phone had to go help other customers while placing my order. Thats not how things work. Or if you walk back to the phone and the person isnt there, you call them back to apologize for the wait, confirm the order, and take payment. Due to MY actions, the owner advised me that he was keeping my name & phone # and will refuse to place any future orders for me. Thats fine, I dont want to do business with a company that disrespects their customers over something their employee did wrong. They arent punishing me, I can order pizza from somewhere else; they are the ones losing $. I have a feeling, even if we wouldnt have gone somewhere, they would have shown up and asked for cash payment and I would have only had enough cash to tip the driver since I wasnt given the opportunity to pay with my card. Also, Ive tried to order several items listed on the online menu only to be told they are only offered at the other location.

By far one of my favorite pizza places. Too bad its no where close to my house but I used to work close to this place so I would ALWAYS stop by and have a great lunch. They have some of the best pizza Ive ever had. They always have lots of options, they are very quick with your order and everybody there is really nice especially the owner he seems to put the cherry on top to this italian pizza place. I saw this place on my way to a job and just had to stop because I havent had it in so long. I normally dont do reviews but you guys rock! Also I was planning on eating my packed lunch but I couldnt resist a huge piece of pizza, two pepperoni bread sticks, and a drink for 8 bucks. Aka the #5

We stopped by and ordered late night takeout from here. We were staying a night in Indy on our way back home and wanted something we could take back to the hotel that the kids would eat, while still being able to try some local food. The pizza was tasty. Thin crust style with big New York style slices. Everyone in the family liked it. My only issue was that the slices werent as filling as what Im used to. My wife was the one to go in and get it. She said that the staff was very friendly and was joking around a lot with the customers. Overall a gold experience.

This place has great pizza, great breadsticks and great service. Every time we order from them, were happy. I called today and they even warned me about the long delivery time before I placed my order. They made a delivery mistake once and replaced my pizza immediately and threw in free breadsticks. Plus the pizza is awesome. I cant say enough good things about Napolis. I just wish it was available other places so I could get it when I travelled.

I work for a fairly large company across the street, and we order from there all the time. The usual delivery fee is $2. My 4 co-workers and I placed an order using different cards, and we each got charged a separate delivery fee because it was "inconvenient" for them to ring up so many cards. This was not explained beforehand, and if our business is so inconvenient to them, we wont be ordering anymore.

Poor customer service...I couldnt even call and get my questions out before the guy says I got ppl in line you need to be quick. How can ppl be confident in what you hv to offer if you cant ask about it? And even though I was within less than 3 miles, I was too far, so I had to make sure Im ordering enough so its not a wasted trip...really. Thats ok, Ill order nasty Pizza Hut.

Staff was very nice and pizza was very good. I was pleased with the dinning in experience. Hard for me to believe any of the other reviews saying otherwise. I am not from this area and was looking for something close to the hotel and this definitely fit the bill. If my journey begins to repeat year to year this is where we will eat. Good job and thanks for the full belly.

I have been going to this place for three years now and have never once seen any evidence " rats" or have I ever heard of anyone getting sick from eating here ... The fact is Mr. Deen Im not sure who p***** in your lucky charms that morning but stating ignorant false information only shows how pathetic your life must be.

Fantastic Customer Service! Attending a convention and looking for a good pizza and happened upon this place and I could not be more pleased. Extremely friendly and absolutely delicious New York Style pizza (humungous slices :D). Could not ask for better pizza.

Im from NY and this is the best, most authentic tasting ny style slice in Indy hands down. The crust is crisp chewy most and just the right subtle sweetness. The staff is chatty and quick, with a hospitable no nonsense attitude. Cheers!

This is one of Indianapoliss greatest pizza joints. The staff are very polite and the pizza is extremely tasty. I highly recommend this as the ONLY place to eat pizza in Indianapolis.

A great pizza place doesnt need to be fancy. This place proves that theory. The food speaks for itself. It has an old world style that is awesome. I eat here every chance I get.
