2 weeks in a row ordering 2 pepperoni pizzas having to wait more than 20 minutes while they give the pepperonis pizza that individually come up to other people who just ordered 1. Talked to the manager both times on both incidences 2 weeks apart about this issue and was given the excuse that the employees are only 15 years old and they dont know better and I should be more understanding. The manager then said the previous 4 people that left with their pepperonis pizzas were call aheads. However, when you call ahead for your order they have an order sheet that they fill out and then ring your order up on once you arrive. All the previous people ahead of me where looking at the menus to make their order, didnt say they were call aheads, and there was not a piece of paper that was pre-filled out like the lady standing next to me that had to wait as well.... Was told by the other manager that they would refund my $26 purchase....lets see if that happens.

Sometimes its good...sometimes its not. You have a 50/50 chance of good food. We love their bread sticks but, like today, they can be hard and dried out. Their pizza has been both over done at times and under at others. Well probably not be going back because of this. Im tired of wasting my money. Also, they now charge $1.00 for mediocre cheese sauce for the bread sticks. For years, were talking like 20+ years, the sauce was free and came in a container with a lid. Now its different (smells like barf as my daughter says), expensive, and prepackaged.

Always super friendly and has swung us some pretty good deals on their "pricier" options. Always willing to make our specialty pizzas without nickle and diming us. Try the bbq chicken on the pretzle crust. So good!
