Basado en los reviews y en los deseos de comer comida mexicana bien elaborada decidi ir a este restaurant aparte de que esta cruzando la calle del hotel donde me hospedo,cuando entramos la chica nos saluda nos pregunta cuantos somos le digo 4 y nos dirige a la primera mesa larga en la entrada,le pregunto si podemos sentarnos en otro lugar (somos 4 para mesa como de 10) me dice ella que No,le pregunto por que y me hace como un gesto de no se,ahi que viene este caballero y ella se queda como mirandolo y ahi le pregunto yo que porque no podemos sentarnos en otro sitio a lo que el responde que claro que si,pueden sentarse donde quieran,tomo un tiempo para que apareciera este chico con los chips y la salsa,ni buenas noches ni hola (no me interesa porque yo estaba para comer)tardo un tiempo en el que era nuesto mesero pudiera atendernos y ofrecernos las bebidas,aunque en ese tiempo ya habiamos escogido que comer asi haciamos el proceso mas rápido,el mesero estaba muy ocupado con otras mesas lo cual era evidente por lo tanto ningun tipo de presión ni mala gana a él cuando nos atendio,muy amable el señor la verdad,la comida esta un poco salada,normalmente yo como con mucha sal y rara vez me encuentro un restaurant especialmente mexicano que no usan condimento y adobo tanto como el picante,me parecio un poco raro pero fuera de eso se podia comer,nada especial que no puedas comer en cualquier restaurant de comida mexicana,la decoración esta muy bonita y colorida.

Im sorry to have to report this, but I went in this restaurant for the 1st time with my daughter on 4-16-16....the menu and drink options were great! I had just ordered some queso when a roach comes running across the table. I could see if I was somewhere other than Castleton, but wow! I didnt even tell anyone....I mean they could have offered me free food and drinks on the house and I still would have left, so me and my daughter rolled out very quick. Folks if a roach rolls out in broad view believe he has friends.

Food was good, however I placed a takeout order for enchiladas with flour tortillas instead of corn tortillas due to allergies to corn. I drive all the restaurant, picked up my meal, drove all the way home, got comfortable, took my first bite only to realize they gave me CORN tortillas! This could have been VERY bad due to my allergy, but fortunately my reaction way mild. I called to complain and they only offered a replacement meal with the corrected tortillas. Lesson learned...checked your order in advance!!!!

Its usually an "ok for a fast lunch" place during the work day. However, today Im glad that I picked my chicken taco apart before eating it. I found a bone in the shredded chicken, just large enough to get lodged in my throat or break a tooth. When I pointed it out to my server, he smiled and apologized, and said he would let the manager know. My server then quickly served my check to me. Wont go back not only due to the bone, but due to the handling of the situation.

My experience was awful! In fact the police were called on my party because the manager didnt want to remove something from our order that we didnt want. The police encouraged us to write a review of the place in response to the way we were treated. The food was not good enough for the stress the manager caused us. If youre used to receiving great service this place is not for you.

The food here is the best mexican and atmosphere in the local area, we have tried them all. We had Lalo as our server and he was perfect. If you are fortunate enough for Craig the wizard to entertain you with magic, he will blow your mind and make you believe he is actually magic. Dont go anywhere else for margaritas, mexican and a good time!

They took my order, they were not busy, took 12 mins, I get home to find out they messed up my simple order, I call them they say come back, so I come the next week, show them photo of receipt, lady working says she never said that, I know but a different person did, so I leave, post this review, and I will never going back again, f them.

Jesus is the best server to have!! Fast, friendly, warm, and welcoming! The food is also the best in town. Much more fresh food than your typical Mexican joint. The side items on your plate are super fresh as well, and plentiful! Also unbeatable prices for what you get. I just love this place; so original. THANK YOU LOS CABOS!

One of THE BEST Ive eaten.....and believe me, Ive ate at a lot of different Mexican eateries......a tad more in cost....but worth it. Order was more than I could eat at one sitting. Was provided a to-go box and even took our extra salsa.... which I might say is also one of the best! Will definitely return again and again.

Host barely acknowledged me when I walked in. There was a piece of white plastic in my burrito. The food tasted off and my server was not attentive. The only thing good about this experience was the Pink Cadillac margherita. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst Mexican restaurant Ive ever been too!!! Horrible service. Food was so/so. Computers were down so wouldnt take my Groupon. Made me pay out of pocket didnt discount or anything. Customer satisfaction was not there goal! Wont ever be back. Had my Groupon refunded!!

Firstly, I stood at the counter waiting to place my order for 6 minutes while other employees talked at the very same counter. Secondly, others were helped before me that walked in after me. I was there 10 minutes with no service.

Ordered food online for delivery. Over an hour and a half later we called to check where our food was at, their response was "we just closed." This was after they charged my card. Dont order from them.

Some of the better Mexican Food Ive had around Indy. Service was excellent! Definitely recommended. Would almost suggest this food was better than La Hacienda on Binford + 37. Try it out.

U cant rate a real Mexican restaurant on its setup and style, u rate on the food and the beer and pop. Donkey burrito is to die for it can feed 2 to 3 people.
