I just finished eating the worst breakfast burrito Ive had from Qdoba (and Ive enjoyed many). There was a nice young lady originally helping us until an unfriendly, uninterested employee stepped in to make my burrito. He barely put in any of the ingredients. Looking back at everyones burritos the nice lady was making they were TWICE as big. Getting home and looking at our burritos only made me more upset. Honestly, his attitude and lack of consideration for providing quality to your customers is why Ill be going a little further next time to a different Qdoba. Looking back at your reviews, it sounds like others have had a bad experience with a similar individual. I would highly encourage you to look into this and ensure others arent met with the same distaste from an interaction with this employee.

Just had the best experience i have ever had at a restaurant in a while. The host ay check out is an amazing employee. I wish i got her name. But she helped my very excited 3.5 year old order his food and drink so i could get my 18 month old situated. She was extremely nice and helpful. Made my entire day. Thank you wonderful lady with the blue sweatshirt. I hope Qdoba know how hard of a worker you are and nice person. Thank you. Merry Christmas.

Been coming here for a while. Food always good. Staffing usually decent. But lately some of the staff seem uninterested and bothered by working. Sadly 116th is just too far so I am stuck with this one. Hopefully it comes back around being a great location.

The food at Qdoba never disappoints, whether it is the breakfast burritos or one of the other options. The staff is quick and polite and the prices are reasonable for the large servings. I recommend this Qdoba to all of my friends.

I went to Qdoba last night almost around 10pm. The guy that made my burrito had such a bad attitude. He was not friendly at all and looked like he didnt want to make my food or my sisters. My order was not complicated at all.

The service is quick and the food is pretty good. The seating area has some wear and tear along the walls that makes it seem a bit worn. Otherwise a decent spot to eat
