I ordered carryout. I ordered a plate with 3 grilled soft tacos. picked the order up. Got home. Instead of grilled chicken it was shredded chicken with tomatoes, peppers and onions. since this wasnt my first bad experience, I took those tacos back. I get home to find out they had dumped the chicken from those tacos onto a grill, put them back in the flour tortilla and gave them right back to me! Now thats just a jackass move. After witnessing the manager tell another patron "if you no like, dont come back", and their policy on charging the full $1.80 for coke refills. now this? 3 strikes Im OUT.

My grown son is disabled and lives with another disabled person. This was his favorite restraunt. Upon leaving he was told he slammed the door. He says he didnt, but if it slammed he was sorry. He was told to never return. Our entire family lives in franklin, area, grandparents, 3 siblings, etc. We will never eat there again. I feel they did this either because he is disabled or because the staff feels he does not tip well. To the staff, elderly ppl and ppl on disability on medicare may not be able to tip as well as others, in good health. We will never eat there again

My husband & I just ordered carryout. This is the first time weve ordered from here. Great service, friendly staff, & fast service, but BEST OF ALL the food is GREAT!!! 100 stars & weve found our new restaurant to go to when wanting Mexican meals. I ordered fried ice cream (yes carryout, I live 1 minute away) & its very good. Wish it had more cinnamon sugar it like Chi Chis use to do back in the day that is lol BUT its pretty close. THE QUESO CHEESE... Is very very good, not all restaurants make good chorizo sausage, but I really like their chorizo.

Credit card machine was broken and I did not have enough cash ($15 short on a $60 bill) they would not let me leave and pay the next day even though I was a loyal customer for a couple years. They held my drivers license while I drove to the bank to take out cash to pay for the rest of the meal. This place is run by terribly inconsiderate people. They need to learn the value of having good customers and treating them that way. Zero stars should be an option here.

***AUTHENTIC MEXICAN*** Food is ALWAYS hot, delicious, and well portioned to satisfy even the heartiest of appetites. My favorite is the Burrito Loco ($10.95), which is filled with savory shrimp, steak and chicken. Definitely a MUST EAT if you find yourself in the neighborhood.
