Immature staff. One employee was wrapping tap around themselves. There was no ketchup packets out. I asked for some, the employee with tap wrapped around them, handed me some. He dropped several packets behind the counter then stopped them. He then yelled at another employee that they had to clean up the mess. On to my food. My fried seemed like they were left in the fyer way to long. They were dark brown and crumbled, on top of that they were cold. My bacon king sandwich was sloppily made. The bacon on it was just little crumbs, and the two patties looked thrown on. I had to rebuild the sandwich so that I was able to pick it up. This is the 3rd time Ive been to this location. Two of the three were terrible. I will not be going back.

Stopped in today and had my family with me while we were traveling home from the holidays. Three of our kids and my wife found hair in their food and in one drink. This is really not excusable. I cant seem to wrap a thought on this but I do find it terribly disgusting. Checking to make sure our order was correct I didnt think about checking for hair. Granted this will be the last time any of us eat at the place. I know it wont hurt the owners pocket but being a visitor on many occasions nothing else will come from here. Check for more than just a correct order.

Absolute worst. The supervisor, Ray, was the only person preparing the food... and instead of doing his job he was making fun of the people in the evening rush drive thru and berating the rest of his staff. It took him 20 minutes to make a single Whopper correctly as ordered, and even then, when it was served it was cold.

Like McDonalds, and Taco bell, my visit to Burger King reminds me why I dont frequent your restaurant. The food is mediocre at best. Perhaps, some day, you will figure out that what you are serving is not up to snuff.

Ad usual, food is shorted & wrong. But on the upside, my cheeseburger actually had cheese on it this time. Food is priced well & this is the closest place to home that isnt D.Q.
